At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Just 15 minutes away is Civitavecchia, with its famous Terme della Ficoncella and important for those who travel by ship given the presence of the port.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
