This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Air conditioned little cabin with private entrance in a 24 hour security patrolled Eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI.

Sit back and enjoy the glittering water views! Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you watch the fish jump, the boats come and go and the sun setting over the mountains. The popular coastal village of Paradise Point and also Sanctuary Cove are only a 10 minute drive away with beachfront parks, restaurants, cafes and shops. Mt Tamborine and the GC Hinterland is an easy 30 min drive. The Oyster Suite offers the perfect coastal experience for two on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

You will have your own court yard and a shared swimming pool. The backyard is home to our German Shepard X, Crash. You are very welcome to interact with him but please respect that this is his space. This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
