Sam's place was excellent for our requirement. Easy to find and very close to Noosa Junction shops and restaurants. As everyone mentions, it was spotlessly clean. Great little outdoor area to sit in the evening. Awesome Airbnb. RECOMMEND!

A very nice ,well kept home with excellent and comprehensive equipment. Easy access to the beach and also quiet and peaceful area . We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit.

Best place we've stayed in Sunshine Coast and we can't wait to return and stay again. This place is an absolute treasure and Tracey (who we met at check-in) was brilliant and gave us some extra local recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds which we greatly appreciated. Apartment is exactly as per the photos, but the incredible decor also creates such a beautifully calm space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking and great pool / jacuzzi area which also has a BBQ area. Simply brilliant.

Wonderful place to stay! Would highly recommend. Very clean and spacious, all the amenities that you’d need and more, including washer and dryer (very handy) Great shower and bathroom. Matevz was a great host, very friendly and quick responder - answering any questions quickly and precisely. Great location super close to beach and shops. Had to walk up three levels of stairs so that would be the only problem for someone who may find that difficult. But for us all good. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely be back in the future :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s property. It is a very comfortable, nicely decorated accommodation close to the boardwalk, the beach, shops, cafes and the surf club. Only a quick walk to Point Perry and First Bay. We loved seeing the surfers each morning and watching the passing walkers and dogs on the boardwalk opposite. Had a fabulous time and look forward to coming back.

Fantastic stay - thank you!! So clean, spacious and private. A little further back from the ocean than we thought but we could still hear the ocean at night which was magical but don't hear the road noise. We loved Coolum and the house location from beach and town was spot on. We will be back 100%

What a beautiful place! The space was so thoughtfully put together, and it had everything I needed and more. The attention to detail and quality was evident throughout. It instantly felt like home. Narrelle was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. So close to the beach and shops, yet quiet as well. Both of our children felt right at home and it was easy to get settled in. This isn’t a something that happens regularly given their needs. Would highly recommend a stay. Wonderful holiday.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a great location in Marcoola. Close to everywhere on the Sunshine close but has its own unique community. Marg was a great communicator and I couldn’t have asked for more. I travelled solo this time but perfect flat for a couple. Nice touches everywhere and quality fittings. Thanks Marg. I would highly recommend.

Didn’t have a car but good garaging. Internal access to Excellent bar and restaurant. Patio leads onto pool area , childproof gate in between. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Roomy and cosy. Bathroom a bit dated but adequate, Despite wet weather we enjoyed five days there. Recommend.

Great place for a family weekend at the beach. Walking distance to everything (beach, walking tracks, shops and restaurant). There’s even view on the ocean :)

Such a beautiful apartment with modern furnishings. Very clean and tidy. Location is perfect with a short walk to cafes, restaurants, the beach and the playground. Would love to come back again.

We had a lovely weekend in this modern and clean unit. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and we loved that it had a little yard. It had all the amenities we needed. Patrick's communication was amazing and would definitely recommend to others or use again for future Noosa visits.

We enjoyed being able to prepare food and make good coffee in the well-appointed kitchen. Everything was as described and depicted in the photographs. Great access to Mt Coolum walking track. Denise was a welcoming host and we have already recommended her place to others.

House reviews A lovely apartment situated in the Peppers Noosa Resort a short walk away from the beach and the centre of Noussa Heads. Well presented and comfortable, with clear instruction on how to get into the property and parking etc. The apartment is pretty spacious and has everything you would need for a stay near the beach,shops and restaurants. Lisa was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

this is our second stay and again absolutely loved being here we will 100% be return guests it's a home away from just 1 million times better. Amazing stay, this was our second time staying over the last year and can’t beat the location!

This cozy little place was so impressive! The perfect spot in the heart of the Sunshine Coast with an easy walk to the beach and some beautiful restaurants. The spa and pool area were quiet and clean. And the welcome fruit platter and hot drink selection were a very special (and welcome) touch. The icing on the cake was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Very highly recommend. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy access and parking. Very homely and also catered for our 22 month old, with portable cot and a variety of toys. Would stay again if down this way and certainly recommend this accomodation

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
