Healthy, quality HRV home with total house filtered water system and double glazing. A private wing with it's own entrance. Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. Free wifi and use of kayaks, and bikes.

Fabulous on Thames coast. Stylish, well appointed 1 bedroom cottage, open plan living, dining, kitchen with direct access to lovely outdoor relaxation areas. A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. The studio is fitted with Air conditioning a microwave, jug, toaster, 32inch smart TV, fridge/freezer etc. FREE WIFI. The bathroom has toilet, basin with great shower and plenty of hot water. Enjoy beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable Queen bed. We are ten minutes walk to the local restaurants and cafes. With a private beach just steps away.
