Adam and Sarah were incredibly friendly, responsive, and organised. We stayed for two weeks and had a magnificent time - the unit is right next to the beach, restaurant, and good snorkelling spots. Highly recommend!

We came for a week with our daughters and had a lovely stay. The backyard was great to play in and the beach right there amazing for hunting for shells, coral and hermit crabs. Seeing whales from the deck each day was amazing too!

Lovely stay in penthouse. Beautiful views and short walk to peaceful beach with loungers. As mentioned in the description, there is a nightly ‘dog chorus’ but that’s not controllable as they seem to be scattered around the island. Overall I would definitely recommend this place- the grounds are well-cared for and the amenities, view and location are fabulous

Mario and Avril's unit is nestled in a serene natural setting, perfect for unwinding. As you settle in, the soothing sounds of nature, roosters and chickens fill the air, while lush pawpaw and avocado trees line the driveway. The distant roar of the ocean adds to the tranquility, a feature that won my heart. With plenty of local info at your fingertips, you'll feel right at home. The amenities offer a great balance of self-catering and relaxation, making this an ideal spot to recharge or plan your next adventure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return. MM Studios catered to our needs. I travelled with a school friend in a unit equipped with a kitchenette — fully stocked, down to a lunch box for leftovers! Rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, and laundry powder were all provided, which made things super convenient. The shower has incredible massage pressure — such a treat! There is hangers for dresses, a kikau broom to keep the verandah tidy, and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. We appreciated the little extras like a selection of books to read and island pamphlets, which helped us plan our days and explore more of the area. It was really hot during our stay, but once we figured out how to work the fan, the mosquitoes stayed away. The provided snorkeling gear came in handy too. I ended up discarding one mask because it was torn, but the rest was great. We were also grateful for the personal transfer to the accommodation — it made arriving stress-free.

The place honestly looks better than the photos! It’s so private and easy to get to, in a decently good location. not too far from the airport and not too far from Town! The house is clean with great airflow, the view from the lounge room and bedroom is absolutely stunning! this place makes you feel like you’re at home. I loved staying here and i’m so excited to stay again!!

The property was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and only had to walk out the back door to be on the Lagoon The fruit basket coffee tea even milk in the fridge was appreciated Also a big thankyou to Sala who called in regularly to see if we needed anything We couldnt have been any happier and didnt want to leave after our 4 week stay Once again Thankyou. Great place with a great view on the mountains! Muri lagoon south end was a 15min walk arriving at a nice, quiet cafe right at the beach. Our favorite spot Titikaveka (not even needed to bring a snorkel as you can just wade in and see amazing fish) was close (bus or car). That week in February was very hot and humid and we were cautious with mosquitos, so we closed doors ost of the time which made it a few times warm inside. Other than that the ventilation is great given the construction of the cabin and windows covered with mosquito nets. Amenities of the cabin are great, the bist is amazing! We had a superb week on Rarotonga!

We LOVE staying here - This is our second time! And we will stay again next time we are in Rarotonga. The pictures are exactly what you get. Tia is very responsive and helpful. If you have a family with kids, or a blended family this is for you. Or even just you and a partner to have all the space :) Thank you again for having us We look forward to next time x

We stayed here as a family of six (two adults and four kids under five) for two months and had a great experience. The house is close to everything on Muri Beach—cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and the night market are all within walking distance. Cathy was a fantastic host. She responded quickly if anything came up and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated the fresh fruit she brought us regularly, and the lemon drizzle on Mother’s Day was a lovely surprise. The house worked really well for a longer stay. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook properly. We a baby cot, a high chair, and plenty of space for everyone and lots to do on the beach. The outdoor areas were great too, with room to eat outside and a barbecue we used often. One of the highlights was using the kayaks to paddle out in the lagoon—we saw turtles and eagle rays several times, which was incredible. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend

We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga at Addrienne's Air bnb. Firstly was greeted by Tama at the airport and we followed him back to the house. So was a smooth checkin. It was very peaceful, beautiful scenery over looking the airport and ocean. Rooms were very spacious, big kitchen, out door area was great and the pool.was a bonus with the hot and humid weather. Bambam and Evie were such beautiful dogs and were very placid and enjoyed the company. They would always greet you in the morning or when you return home. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and definetly would recommend it.

If you’re planning a trip to Rarotonga I highly recommend staying at Sharon’s. Located right on a beautiful beach and walking distance or a short bus ride to Muri where there is a beautiful lagoon and lots of restaurants. The house was beautiful and clean, and lots of touches like plenty of filtered water left for us which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the kayaks whilst we were there as the sea was rough after a storm, but I would definitely stay there again just so we could kayak and explore the reef off the property. Our little one loved wandering down to the beach in the evenings to look for crabs. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a shop and Villis burger joint across the road - best burgers ever! The Cook Islands Coffee co is located right next door with the most delicious coffee and pastries. Waking up to the view of the palm trees and sea was a pleasure every morning. We did not want to leave!

We just spent 6 beautiful nights in Theresa’s home. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely housekeeper neighbour and we were thrilled when we walked through the door and quite frankly couldn’t believe our luck finding such spectacular accomodation. Extremely comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. To have a private house on the beach was so special with great snorkeling right outside the door. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone else. I will definitely be going back!
