Located 18 miles outside of Homer. Hand built here on the ranch in the style of my family's hunting cabins; with a few finishing touches. Offering a full kitchen, bathroom , shower, this cabin has electric lights and a oil heater in place of the temperamental wood stoves. Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. The Bear Cub Cabin

Nestled in the beautiful Chugach National Forest with towering Alaskan mountains right at your doorstep. End of the Road Cottage in Hope, AK

This cottage sits at the end of a quiet road just a 10 minute walk from downtown Hope, AK. The house is on 3 acres and has great sun on the deck. The cottage has heat and electricity. Bathroom includes hot shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen is fully furnished. Queen sized Bed is in loft up a steep staircase. Owners are next door and happy to answer questions, particularly about rafting Sixmile Creek, as Gareth is a guide for FlowAK. Be advised there is no gas station in Hope!

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
