Less than 1 minute from Santa's Village, access to snowmobile trails from the house, close to popular ski resorts and lots of hiking including NH's 4000 footers. Our newly renovated cabin is family friendly (childproofed), stylish, and cozy with lovely wooden accents throughout! It is newly furnished and has brand new mattresses! This cabin is wonderfully located just off of Westside Rd. a mere skip away from Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths etc...It is a 5 - 8 minute drive to North Conway Village and Cranmore Ski Resort; and a 5 - 8 minute drive from Settler's Green Outlets, grocery stores etc...with numerous other popular destinations nearby.

Enjoy two bedrooms, one w/queen, one w/twin bunk beds. 23x18 living room w/TV, 2 futons, two cot size beds, air conditioner, ceiling fan. New wood stove, (bring wood) a new walk-in bath. Full kitchen, dining room, outdoor picnic table. Lots of room in this refurbished mobile home with large addition. Screened in porch w/swing. Grill or cook on the outside fire pit, w/ fire permit. We have exciting news; a new water system has been added and a new filtration system. Hopefully, no more mice!

Please Note: - This rustic cabin is cute & quaint but is not a luxury stay - This is a tiny A-frame (500 sq ft) in a small neighborhood and is not secluded in the woods (there are neighbors on either side) - The stairs to both bedrooms are VERY steep & narrow (please review pics prior to booking)
