The House is located in the historic center of Colonnella, a few kilometers from the blue flag beaches of Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto and 26 km from Ascoli Piceno. Completely renovated with spectacular panoramic views and large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
