If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We lacked nothing! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what issue, he helped right away. The beach in the immediate vicinity with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us at any time if necessary.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. We loved our stay at Jay’s place in Conflenti! It was in the mountains and so peaceful. Everyone in town was incredibly friendly; they made us feel right at home. Hosts were amazing and so helpful. We are so glad we found this place to stay! It was perfect. The location was exactly what we needed - halfway between Pizzo and Tropea in a smallish village and the best thing - a two minute walk to a breathtaking beach that was so quiet (in May). The apartment itself was spacious, with a very generous terrace and it had everything we needed and more. Even containers to store leftovers in and an icepack to take picnics to the beach. Our children enjoyed the toys that were there for the apartment and the beach. The parking was easy. There was the most amazing beach bar/restaurant even closer which was sadly shut as we were there just before the season started. However, we will definitely be back when it is open. The host were so helpful and gave us the best recommendation for a pizzeria in Briatico - which was the best pizza we had all week. Check in and out was easy. Cannot wait to return - a bbq grill with a sea view - What more could you want!

This place is absolutely incredible! It exceeded our expectations! Simon was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The hosts were friendly and accommodating! The place was absolutely spotless and decorated with such impeccable taste. The views and sunsets from the terrace were absolute favourite thing. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool very very much. we also enjoyed our welcome package and it was a very nice touch. Tropea is a very short driving distance away and the town parghelia has lots of cute restaurants. A guidebook that Simon left was very thorough and informative and we loved all of the recommendations! We loved it so much we hope to return again very soon!

It is a home on the outskirts of the town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

The apartment was perfectly located in Tropea old town . The common /shared terrace was absolutely beautiful. Michele and Cristina were lovely hosts and always available to help if we needed anything or had any questions . We will definitely be back !

Camilla’s home is absolutely gorgeous—my friend and I are already scheming to return! It’s thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, with great views of the town and ocean. The street it’s on is absolutely adorable and has many cafes and an incredible gelato place. Camilla and her charming husband made checking in and out easy, and they have plenty of local recommendations. Staying at their home was one of the highlights of our trip!

Very homely, like walking into someone’s home! Lots of added extras. Lovely clean linen and towels…. Amazing balcony to spend lazy days and watch the sunset over the mountains…. Close proximity to town.

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

We stayed with Maria Cristina before starting the Kalabria coast to coast walk. Clean, well-furnished and comfortable apartment to get to the center and the beach.

Have spent three quiet days with the best views of the sea. The terrace and the huge garden are an absolute dream. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. It is a few minutes by car to the beach and there is also a lot to discover in the mountain villages and along the coast. Jasmine and Klaus are the perfect hosts, have lots of tips for the area and are responsive at any time. Absolutely recommend!

Such a lovely place among olive trees with beautiful sea view – very calm and peaceful. Isabella is so incredibly kind and welcoming, really makes you feel at home. The everyday breakfast and optional dinner (you can book it in the morning) were delicious, made with the produce her family grows. I recommend trying the homegrown lemons and oranges. The place is the perfect stay if you like the calm and green countryside, but still: Tropea and beaches are very close, and only 15 minute car drive away. We will definitely come back.
