Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with amazing views of Mindarie Marina. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed, felt like a home from home. Very responsive hosts with good communication.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Lisa was a fantastic host. She was extremely accommodating and made our first few weeks in Perth a lot less stressful. The place was as described and right next to the Hillary’s. An excellent location! Very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful location and clean private stay! Jeff is thoughtful of my jetlag, laundry needs, and shopping. He’s very quick to respond. Such a wonderful place with beach access directly across the street. I could enjoy the beach morning, afternoon and night. I loved the sauna when I got cold at the beach in the early mornings (my stay was nearly in winter). I hope I get to stay again!

Erin's place is simple, clean and comfy close to shops and cafes near a nice University with lovely gardens to walk through . Erin was a great host at communicating quick with responses and always helpful 😊

This was our second stay at Dave and Marie’s place, we love it so much! It’s immaculately clean, gorgeous location super close to the beach and has everything you need and more. Off-street parking, aircon, lovely balcony with ocean views – what more could you want! Dave and Marie are the perfect hosts and we’ll definitely be back.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

This was a great apartment in a great location. Beautiful views of Perth and very comfortable stay.

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Mariam’s place felt right at home. She was responsive and clear with with the check-in instructions.

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

It was lovely staying hear and Damian and Carmen met us on arrival. They checked in several times and gave clear instructions on check out. They couldn’t have been friendlier. The property was exactly as described and the pictures showed. The bed was really comfy and I very much enjoyed our stay there. Having travelled from the UK it really felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay again the next time I head over. Thanks for having us!

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

Such a lovely Airbnb, with really comfy beds and loads of natural light coming in to all rooms and fresh air flowing through. The balcony was a beautiful place to enjoy our morning coffees with a pretty tree lined view. Having the 2nd toilet in the airbnb is great for a family too. Such a central place to stay, so close to the city and we walked to Kings Park from there, which only took us 15 minutes. Thank you to Kasia for a great place to stay while we visited Perth, your hospitality was exceptional and your response to any of our queries was so fast and very much appreciated. We had a lovely time staying at Adams place. Totally deserves its 5 star reviews. Adam was very quick to respond to any query. The apartment is perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Scarborough in comfort. Close enough to stroll down to the action but tucked away in a nice quiet area. Cannot fault this accommodation at all. Thanks Adam (&Lena) for our time in your place. 🙏

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

Amazing stay at Justine & lans they were super easy to deal with even when I was super difficult locking my self out. And we’re super understanding of my inability to reply whilst heading to work

We loved staying at Dan’s property. We are originally from Perth and also had a rental holiday unit on Scarborough Beach, so we know the area well. It suited all our needs for a quick trip home. Would highly recommend. The unit has all you require and great views.
