In the fabulous setting of Calabria, this farmhouse is a privileged base to start your visit of Locride. The house's large garden, which is about two hectares, is a private panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy a unique view of the sea. The swimming pool, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, will make you want to stay here enjoing the peace and silence of the countryside forever! The house is rented for exclusive use only. The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

The house is an old southern Italian villa, located in a rural area next to Badolato’s old village. The location is still used as a winery by our family. You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle.

E' composto da una cucina, 2 stanze da letto e il bagno, collegate da un breve corridoio. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone.

Il Nido della Fortuna

La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
