The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very well maintained, clean, everything is brand new. The view is too beautiful, facing the mountain, a connection with nature, greater peace! The house has everything, full kitchen, no need to bring any utensils, very comfortable room, excellent pool and bathtub. For those who enjoy nature, hiking, peace and being without cell phone service, Lapinha is the ideal place! And finally, Wellington is super attentive, really good people, responds to messages quickly. We had 4 perfect days, we'll be back for sure. Wellington Gratitude Grande Abraço.

Best airbnb I've ever stayed!! The location is perfect, right in front of the lagoon and with options of kayaking, stand up, close to everything best in the lapinha! We were very well served, with great kindness and great affection from the moment of the reservation until the check-out, we arrived and we were surprised with delicious coffee as a courtesy! The house is very well equipped, impeccable infrastructure, top space for barbecue, Jacuzzi with warm water and all the utensils you will need for lunch and dinner! The view of the rooms is simply STUNNING! We'll be back for sure!!!

A place of exuberant nature, great for those who want to rest. The photos only give you an idea, but the place is 1000 times better in person. Clean, organized, beautiful, cozy house, all the necessary utensils, both in the kitchen and in the other rooms. An important detail, the rooms are separated from the kitchen in another property, that is, if you are socializing in the kitchen, which is a wonderful environment, it does not bother anyone who wants to rest in the rooms. The natural pool is a separate chapter. The most beautiful thing to see and bathe in. The sauna is perfect. The host, Mr. Luciano, there are no words to describe his kindness, promptness and politeness in receiving and guiding us. Me and my family felt like we were at home. I will soon return to this piece of paradise on earth!

It is well worth staying in the chalets of Casa Nengueta. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Faveiro and it was just perfect. Everything is exactly like in the pictures. The space is very clean and comfortable and we feel at home. The countryside is to take the breath away… the dam, the sunset in the mountains and the starry sky. Lays has always been very solicitous and responded quickly to our messages. They were very happy days in Lapinha.

It's worth every penny. It was an amazing weekend, the house was complete, it had everything and more. The street to get there is very narrow and we were late at night, we had some problems getting there but they occurred because of the time. Juliana was very attentive in every way, I recommend everyone to go without fear, go during the day so as not to have any problems, take medicine (dipyrone and the like) to be able to enjoy the city more.

Beautiful and well-equipped house, we love our stay! The hosts received us super well, great communication with several tips and helped me with an issue I had in the car. The only thing is that the internet is really very weak, it has fallen several times, but otherwise it was excellent :)

We are extremely pleased. The chalet is even more beautiful than in the photos of the ad. Very quiet place with a beautiful view. Very comfortable bed and pillow. The kitchen is complete with several utensils, oven and very good stove. At first we struggled to regulate the hot water from the shower, but k Hugo responded super fast and we managed to regulate. We had a single little problem with the clogged boxing drain, which ended up wetting the bathroom a lot. Access is not as difficult as said in the other reviews. We went the night, Hugo passed the instructions . We had an error in the last bifurcation because the GPS (with the coordinates at the end) sends to the other side of the land and we cannot see the last sign. But we returned in reverse and quickly took the right path. Perfect stay, I intend to go back and recommend!

What a magical place! The cottage has an amazing view of the mountains and the pool is a spectacle. Lots of privacy, nice bed, equipped kitchen, super nice space. Apart from the hospitality of Teuler and team and the tours to waterfalls and trails in the surroundings… Anyway, an unforgettable experience!

Stunningly gorgeous space, both internally and the view. I loved all the details, privacy and freedom that the space provides. Indico hike around the region. The fact of accepting pet was a great differential for me and we felt super at home during the stay. Cell phone signal doesn't pick up in the village but the wifi works perfectly well

There are many places to host in Lapinha da Serra but here we are talking about the best house and the best place for you and your Family. Entering the house is difficult to contain and not vocalize one: OMG! Once inside the house you are inside the landscape, everything in the house is thought and decorated in a unique way. We included the service of Chef Paula, a dedicated person and extremely careful with the details. The house is situated in a place full of nature and a breathtaking landscape, you can walk around the place and admire the beautiful nature and the animals. From there you walk to any trail or even to the village. The feeling of an absolute disconnect from the stress of the city and a desire to stay there forever is that you will feel. This is a unique place that no hotel or bed and breakfast can offer. A place in the sky where the privacy and wonder of nature reigns. Congratulations Mr. António for the vision and project of Sítio Jatobá. We will be back.

Amazing view, the accommodation was impeccable and we were able to rest and connect with nature! The host was present, polite and kind. We felt welcomed and at home! The cottage is charming. Simple, cozy, with everything needed for a quiet and very pleasant stay. Alessandro is a great host. It was extremely helpful and always available to avoid our doubts. Lapinha is a magical place, and the view of the chalet, right in front of the wall, is breathtaking. Can't get used to so much beauty! Finally, highlight to the sky of millions of stars, which was within reach of the eyes on the veranda of the chalet. I highly recommend!!

Our stay was very pleasant! The house is delicious, with a wonderful view! We love to have the lake as our backyard! And we take great advantage of the kayaks and the standup board. My stay was sensational! The location is identical to the photos with everything working perfectly. Nature pays the value of the stay, with a breathtaking view of the mountains and an extremely visible sky at night. The silence was impressive, becoming a perfect place to disconnect from the outside world. The stay needed a little extra cleanings, but nothing a few minutes with a broom wouldn't fix. If you are very afraid of insects, it may be a problem, at one time or another we would receive an unexpected visit the night of some beetle or spider, but it was already to be expected being literally inside the bush. All of these ones are rewarded with a warm bathroom bath overlooking the mountains, perfect for a romantic moment for two. Would recommend and thank you!

Morada da Terra Lapinha da Serra

We had a great stay in the Morada da Terra. We will definitely be back. The chalet is very nice, comfortable, has a beautiful view! Alexandre is a great host, he has given us clear instructions and excellent tips for tours and restaurants!
