Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Concan

This home was great for the group of us that came into town. House was extremely clean, and had great recommendations as well. House looks just like the photos and was in a great place. Would definitely stay here again. The snack box with candy was also a hit and a great touch.

Great house & location. Loved the different rooms and the overall ambience. Everything I needed. The only thing I’d change are the pillows: too hard for me :-). But I loved my stay, and I’d come back.

Our stay was lovely! We loved watching the sun come over the hills in the morning. The view of the stars our first night was great. Night 2 was a bit cloudy due to rain earlier in the day, but the rain also created a much-needed break from the July heat, and we got to enjoy the winds sweeping in through the valley. The porch - both itself and the view - is gorgeous. Trees nearby give nice shade to the fire pit area, and I really wished I brought a hammock to hang on them! Kitchen is well stocked with tools etc. AC was great. There are also a couple of fans in a closet that we could have brought out on the porch if we wanted a breeze. I think this place would comfortably sleep 6 (1 on each of the two bunk beds, 2 on each of the 2 large beds). Couple of nitpicks: could use comfier mattresses, and if we had more than 2 people we would have wanted more cozy seating in the living room (the Longhorn chairs aren’t great for lounging, so the couch is it). Would definitely recommend this place!

We were welcomed with a handwritten note, a bottle of wine, snacks, and farm fresh eggs. Extremely kind gestures! The house as described, but I hand my realized there wasn’t a bathroom accessible without going through a bedroom. It likely said so in the listing but I was just surprised. The deck area was fabulous but could have used some blowing off. The yard was also a bit untamed. We didn’t have kiddos with us this trip but if we did there wasn’t much outdoor space for them to play in the yards current condition. The games in the garage were a nice feature and the location is amazing!

Very clean, quiet and with a great location, less than 3 minutes from the core of Main Street. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids. We had a great time! Would definitely go back and recommend it!!

Absolutely enjoyed staying here, apartment is as shown and very cozy. Host provided clean towels and bedding and the unit itself was very clean and well kept. I was happy with how close the home was to shopping centers and restaurants. A 10 min walk to Walmart which is right across the street and a 10 min Uber ride to Ft Sam Houston which was super convenient. Very quiet neighborhood. They were doing some renovation in the unit underneath but it was minimal and didn't disrupt the stay at all. Host was very quick to respond and very friendly..I could go on and on but definitely worth it.

Stayed here for a birthday weekend in San Antonio. This was a first time using airbnb and Johana did not disappoint. Always replied quickly and was very friendly about my questions. The home itself was as described and extremely clean. Everyone else was right about the furniture, the bed was so comfortable! But most importantly, PERFECT location for the Pearl, the Riverwalk, the local walkable businesses nearby. Never drove more than 25 minutes away.

My son and husband stayed at Juan's place to go to the Spurs/Celtics and to hang out in San Antonio for a few days. They really enjoyed their stay! They felt it was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Very clean & they were able to pretty much able to walk everywhere they wanted to go. There's a brewery and restaurant nearby and a couple of great coffee shops that they went to many times. Everything was great and they really appreciated the bottle water in the fridge. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the place! So close to the Riverwalk and Market Square! This place had everything you would need, great amenities, close to several great places, and host was super responsive! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for an absolute great experience!

The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare a fancy feast if you wanted to. While it was 94 degrees outside, the bedroom and living room A/C units kept the apartment comfortably cool. The bathroom was well stocked from bandaids to sunscreen. We felt we had packed too many accessories that weren't needed because of all the amenities provided. There was even chilled water in the refrigerator.

Great communications from host. Proactive in addressing issues before you even knew there was an issue. Off street parking with closed gate was a huge win!!! High end finishes throughout. Outdoor grill and refrigerator. About 35min walk to Alamodome was not an issue since that is how much time we would have been in traffic if we would have tried to drive.

Had an amazing time, peaceful and serene set in the canyons. Host was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Stayed with my family for a family trip and it was a good area and a very nice home. The backyard was a nice hangout area. I would stay here again

We rented the townhouse for our family members since our house did not accommodate all 21 family members that came for Christmas. Shawn’s place is in our subdivision so it worked beautifully. The group that stayed there were very happy with their accommodations.

Great experience! Our original place had an issue with the pool, so Sheila was quick to upgrade us with this listing. The house was clean and able to accommodate all 12 of us. It was close by to everything we needed and the pool was great for both kids and adults. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was just what we needed. The communication aside from the house was the highlight of our trip. Every “issue” was responded to in a timely and effective manor.
