Surrounded by native trees, the house is built with warm designer materials, double glazed openings with mosquito nets, wood heater, cold/heat air, it has a large open living-kitchen space, 1 en-suite bedroom (double bed) with exit to the deck, 1 bedroom with bed with cart (2 twin beds) and 2nd bathroom. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Grill for 6 with utensils. Deckchairs to take to the beach. Parking space. No separate electricity charge.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Beautiful and comfortable house located in the old town (San Pedro street between de los Suspiros and Solís). It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

El Nido - Loft Treehouse - The Nest

El Nido Treehouse is a fully equipped little loft in the middle of our trees in our farm in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay with a deck with a view of the vineyards, hammocks and a pool surrounded by lots of green! We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

La Serena is a 3 bedroom house located 9 kilometres from Colonia's old town and port. Surrounded by a 4 HAS garden, it's ideal for visitors expecting to enjoy the countryside and nature. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.
