Family-friendly vacation rentals in Colombia, El Poblado

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Stayed at a few of Allen’s places. Always a great experience. This one was particularly beautiful. Amazing view. Always responsive. Building Security the best. Hot water reliable, Enoch is always iffy in Colombia. My new go to for return trips.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

5 stars. Clean. First class. Looks like the pictures. Plenty of extra linens. Confortable bed. Full amenities in the bathroom Outstanding buiding security. Identification required for all who enter. Excelllent restaurant on 4th floor right next to the pool. Gym is adequate and functional. Pool is open until 10pm. This may be the best Airbnb stay that I have ever had.

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

Tuvimos una estadía agradable, un lugar central y tranquilo, Sebas siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, el apto cumplía con todo lo ofrecido y es bastante amplio.

maravilhoso studio. tudo muito limpo, organizado e agradável. local tranquilo, seguro e muito bem localizado. fogão, microondas, geladeira, ventilador, tudo ótimo. as Roupas de cama e banho muito confortáveis. a Ana (anfitriã) foi muito gentil.

Me sentí muy seguro, tenía música natural en la madrugada con los pajaritos en la ventana. El lugar es tranquilo y Doña Marta es un amor, me hizo llorar al despedirnos, muy responsable y se familiariza rápido. Volvería sin dudar. Gracias D. Marta.

El apartamento muy cómodo, todo completo y muy limpio, tranquila la zona, fácil de llegar y excelente ubicación si vas a estar en los alrededores del poblado! 100% recomendados!!! Muy atentos en todo momento, y los señores de la tiendita muy amables,el Sr Gabriel siempre a la orden!

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

Como recomendación entregar un control adicional para el ingreso a las puertas automáticas teniendo en cuenta que la finca es para grupos grandes y no todos salen al mismo tiempo siempre.

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

Estuvimos unos días en familia en la ciudad de Medellín que fueron maravillosos y estos se complementaron con este espectacular apartamento. Este hospedaje cuenta con todos los servicios, elementos y comodidades para sentirse como en casa. Es un apartamento para disfrutar con grandes y chicos, es seguro, espacioso y el conjunto cuenta con áreas comunes en excelente estado que se pueden disfrutar si lo deseas. Nos gustó mucho las excelentes vías de acceso, las facilidades de compra por los centros comerciales cerca, así como supermercados para todos los gustos. Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y su respuesta fue inmediata, desde las indicaciones de ingreso hasta la entrega. El apartamento es una excelente opción que sin lugar a dudas tomaríamos nuevamente.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

Very quiet place with a great view and amenities like gym and pool. Just keep in mind there’s no AC and he states that on the listing. I’m familiar with the area and it’s a very safe spot and still close by to everything

I was very fortunate to stay in this lovely penthouse for six weeks. I particularly loved the perfect, quiet and safe location, the airy and open space of the loft, the super friendly staff (i.e. security guards) and the very accommodating hosts, Uber and Gladys. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. We could easily walk to the Poblado metro station, the Exitó store, the Sunday market on Poblado street and the mini-market store across the street. Thank you Uber!
