Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cologna Spiaggia

Very lovely apartment. Great that it had new washer and dryer. Host and her family were very helpful. Very centrally located in the host area of town. Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures don’t serve this apartment justice - the space is AMAZING. Fantastic location, and all the amenities you could need. The flat has a huge terrace/balcony which opens up completely, but also can be enclosed (and is air conditioned/heated!). The kitchen is located here, and I loved my open-air cooking experience. There is also a separate balcony off the bedroom. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 5 from the beach, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafe’s. It was the ideal spot for bringing our one year old - a high chair and cot were provided, as well as sheets and a baby blanket. Alessandro was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Fantastic accommodation! The apartment is very nice, neatly renovated, super clean and welcoming - perfect for a comfortable stay and with everything we needed as a family of 5 with small kids. The location is perfect for walking to the city center. Matteo & Ploy are great host, very welcoming, considerate to our needs, reactive to messages and super organized. Check-in/out were smooth and easy, with every details taken care of. Thanks for everything, we’ll definitely come back!

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Giovanni is one of the kindest, most helpful hosts I've ever had. He really went above & beyond in making sure everything about my stay was great. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5, I would. He gave me a ride to & from the train station, bought my train ticket for me in advance, loaned me a bicycle, offered me a ride to Chietano, & repeatedly let me know he was always available if there was anything I needed. His comfortable attic apartment was artfully designed & had everything I needed & then some. He thought of every detail, including stocking the fridge w things I might want in the morning, & providing toiletries, slippers, bathrobe, breakfast items, & many other extras. When I cooked dinner I found everything I needed from cookware to condiments. I loved sitting at the little table on the balcony with a view of the sea. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. If you're a cyclist, you'll enjoy the idyllic 60ish km auto-free seaside bike lane.

Due to the flu status of my wife and son we spent most days in the house and not on the ski slopes as we would have liked. However, we had a great time. The apartment is exactly as described, cozy, quiet and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. The location is strategic if you want to go skiing in Campo Felice or Ovindoli. I highly recommend the location if you want to spend quiet days and go skiing. Rocca di Mezzo is a small village that doesn't offer much else. There are restaurants - good - and some shops, but in general it feels like you're out of time...

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

I found the house in great condition. The property has everything you need and was very clean. Valeria was always responsive in her messages and provided all the necessary directions and information. I highly recommend it.

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location was perfect. Claudio was super helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and well furnished, with all the comforts we needed. We felt right at home! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the area. We'll be back soon!!!

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

We felt right at home! Jeremy gave us a flexible check-in, as it took us a very long time on the outward journey due to extreme traffic jams. Jeremy took great care of us throughout our stay and kept asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything. There is ample parking in front of the house and shopping, restaurants, beach & promenade are within walking distance. A special highlight were the 2 loungers incl. umbrella on the beach. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and you will find everything you need. The beds and also the couch for watching TV are very comfortable, the cabinets offer enough space for everything. The terrace is a dream and goes around the whole apartment. You have a great view of the hills and the sea can also be seen from one corner. It's like a huge open-air living room. What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

I stayed at the apartment for just one night but I really enjoyed it. I found the apartment impeccable, both for cleanliness, order, and for all the amenities. Federico was very kind and very helpful! I found the check-in method very functional and simple thanks to the instructions Federico gave me! The only advice I can give is maybe to have a bottle of water in the fridge, which in my opinion should never be missing, for the rest I had a great time! If I were to come back, I would gladly stay here again.😊 Silvia
