This was our second time staying at this apartment. Our daughter lives a few blocks away, so it has been a great location for us. The apartment is around the corner from a wonderful coffee shop, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The Broad Street subway is easy to access (only a couple of blocks away). The apartment is very clean, and everything is new. The beds are very comfortable! The host is very responsive to questions, and provided clear check-in instructions. We will definitely consider staying here again!

I absolutely love this area of Philly! I grew up in Philly but never lived in the center city area so it was nice to switch things up a bit. For being in the thick of it all, the apartment is extremely private and quiet as it’s set back in a courtyard away from the street. It can be rough to find street parking in this area but I was able to after only a couple circles around the blocks which was a surprising relief! The apartment living area is bright and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. The downstairs is cozy with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. Communication was friendly, proactive, and helpful! I thought I left some of my camera gear behind after check out but assured I could go back to retrieve it anyway. Highly recommend! If you’re driving your own car around just be prepared to circle a few blocks once or twice and park a block or two away. That’s just Philly living for you!

I would definitely stay here again. We were visiting family and this apartment was just off Rittenhouse Square, making it very convenient. The apartment itself was great. Very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Check in and check out were super easy.

lyad was a wonderful host. He responded immediately. The location is primo! If you are a walker, you can walk to the Italian market, Chinatown to Rittenhouse Square. You can Uber too. The city has so much to offer from theatre to museums. The food Is the BEST! I was born and raised in Philly. Yes it's a big city. You need to be aware of your surroundings just like any other big city. This is an amazing city full of history. Big yet feels small. Philadelphians love tourist. Come and explore this amazing city. Stay at lyad's place. We felt safe and again a great location.

I absolutely recommend this place! I travel to Philly every two months & this air bnb is perfect location in center city. Walkable to everything you desire & need! The place is very clean. Beds are huge and sooo comfy. We had 3 people and plenty of room!! The team was very responsive and proactive with letting us know when the trash was, how to get in, etc. I will be re-booking in the future.

Fantastic stay, very close and only a short walk to Center City. Elaine was very responsive and offered early check-in and later check-out for additional cost. The apartment itself is very clean and looks just like the photos. If looking to stay in Philly for the weekend, Elaine’s place will allow you to get to most places in a hurry at a great rate.

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Newly renovated appartment with 2 spacious bedrooms. Walking distance to all main tourist attractions in Philadelphia. We also loved the reading terminal market to have breakfast. Everything was as described and brand new. Only minus would be that we had to go up two stairs with our heavy suitcases. But we knew this upfront

Becky & Wally's place was exactly as described - a great, cosy family home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space if you're travelling with a large family. I was attending my brother's wedding with a few guests it was the perfect location to be the "hub" of all the activity. The home was cosy with ample sheets and pillows. There was more than enough coffee/tea and other daily essentials. The enclosed porch/sunroom was also a nice surprise to be able to sit and relax on a sunny day. Overall, we loved the stay - it's a lovely neighbourhood that's not far from stores.

This place was wonderful. Cute, quiet, spacious. Had a good amount of kitchen supplies. Hot water level was great. There was a heater for the colder weather. Wonderful location. Great value for price. I couldn't get connected to WiFi. The owners tried to help but that never got settled. Although wifi was connected to the television I could never access it on my phone or laptop. Otherwise everything else was great

A really interesting setup. A lot of small apartments in a large building with shared spaces like gym and game room. Downtown Philly, walking distance to the Art Museum. The area was a little congested and noisy, but that was par for the central location. We parked once and walked or Ubered.

We absolutely loved our stay at Leonard’s place and wished we could have stayed longer! The location was amazing for exploring by foot, or we could pick up Ride Indigo bikes from round the corner. Parking was sincerely appreciated, we fitted a RAV 4 in the space with no issues. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing location and access to downtown. Was plenty of resources within walking distance and the Park Hero lot across the street was very convenient. Hosts were responsive and very genuine!

Irina's place was great! Really loved the location and gave us all a great way to experience how cool Philly can be! Highly recommend staying here! We really appreciated how walkable it was and the cafe nearby was lovely.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.
