We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het appartement is mooi, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is prachtig en heerlijk rustig, je hoort alleen de vogels fluiten en de rivier stromen. De woning ligt heel privé en is op een olijfboomgaard, dus je bent hier omgeven door groen. Monica is een geweldige vrouw, die haar prachtige droom waargemaakt heeft hier op deze mooie plek. Ze doet haar uiterste best voor haar gasten. Met de auto kom je op allerlei mooie plekken in de natuur of bij leuke kleine dorpjes/stadjes in de buurt. Het park Maiella is vlakbij en heeft mooie wandelingen door de bergen en langs de rivier Orta. In het dorp op enkele kilometers is een grote supermarkt en op een kleine afstand zijn verschillende restaurants te vinden. Deze plek is een aanrader als je deze regio wilt ontdekken!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car l’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est très facile de marcher pour visiter les incontournables de Rome. Francesco nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils de restaurants. Il est très réactif et a toujours su nous aider pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

È un'esperienza indimenticabile, totalmente immersi nella natura. Tutto il silenzio e la tranquillità di cui si necessita per staccare un po' la spina, una piscina a picco sul fronte della collina con una vista mozzafiato. Un barbecue in pietra per le tue grigliate e la compagnia di dolcissimi animali. Pietro e la moglie Pina sono degli host gentilissimi, disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. Speriamo di ritornare il prima possibile, grazie ancora per tutto 🤍

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Le logement est en tous points conforme à l’annonce, situé dans un bel immeuble, très proche de toutes commodités, à proximité de la Place Saint Pierre et bien desservi en bus. Il est parfaitement adapté pour les familles bien qu’il soit dépourvu de coin salon. Une bonne adresse à Rome.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Assolutamente consigliato! Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, composto da 3 camere da letto, bagno, cucina e ampio salotto. Gli arredi sono nuovi e ricercati, in condizioni perfette. L'appartamento è davvero molto grande e comodo, con tutti i comfort del caso. L'ingresso è autonomo, quindi si ha tutta la privacy del caso. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui. E' un ottimo punto di partenza da cui partire per esplorare i dintorni, come la costa dei Trabocchi o Campo Imperatore. Silvia e gli altri sono stati molto carini e sempre disponibili.
