Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche leider nur mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Den großen Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wirklich zum Entspannen. Das Meer jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

La Prediletta is a great place for a quiet vacation and great access to the beautiful mountains and national park. it is remote but not so much to be inconvenient. It was a large, beautiful farm home in the middle of an olive orchard (where he presses his own oil) and great for our family of eight. The outdoor living space was most enjoyable for dining al fresco, ping pong, and cooking our own pizzas in the wood fire oven. Antonio was as friendly and responsive as we could hope. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

Appena tornati e speriamo di poter tornare... Alloggio in una buona posizione, ben pulito e ben fornito. Spazio esterno a dir poco stupendo, parcheggio interno al cortile che è tanta roba. I proprietari due persone stupende, con le quali fare due chiacchiere è un piacere, gentili e disponibilissimi. Siamo super soddisfatti.

Villetta spaziosa e pulita in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo. In 6 persone e 2 cagnolini siamo stati molto comodi. Stefania host reattiva e molto disponibile anche sull'orario di check out. Soggiorno consigliato

È stato un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto ! La casa è enorme e in una posizione splendida. Per la mia tribù finalmente riunita con 4 bambini scalmanati è stata una vacanza di libertà assoluta. Dopo la mattina al mare, per loro c’era il pomeriggio in piscina sotto gli ulivi: felicissimi! Io mi sono goduta le albe sul mare e la brezza della sera dai balconi che girano tutt’intorno alla casa. C’è persino un bagno con balcone che affaccia sul retro. Con la porta-finestra spalancata, sembrava di fare una doccia fra gli alberi. Antonello è un host accogliente e disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio. Un piccolo problema di connessione a internet è stato risolto immediatamente. Anche Carmine, la persona che segue gli uliveti, è stato gentilissimo e generoso con noi: ci ha portato l’ attrezzo per cuocere gli arrosticini abruzzesi e ci ha regalato del vino. Grazie per tutte le attenzioni e ottimo il vostro olio!

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

Siamo stati ospiti di Luisa per trascorrere il capodanno in compagnia di amici. Neanche il tempo di aprire il cancello che la casa dall’esterno ci aveva lasciato a bocca aperta. Non appena entrati ci ha rapito anche il cuore. Salone con vetrate immense, cucina professionale, camere con bagno privato curate nei minimi dettagli…atmosfera da film! Comfort e servizi di tutti i tipi inclusi e di alto livello. Pulizia impeccabile. Note negative? Nessuna. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

Traumhafte Tage in schöner Umgebung und Meernähe. Der Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick auf das Meer und die wunderschöne Sonnenterrasse waren einfach wunderschön. Hinter dem Haus geht ein kleiner Weg in einem Olivenhain. Zum Strand ist es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, auch zu den Naturstränden. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und alles da, was man für die Urlaubswochen braucht. Tolle Tipps zum Essen in der Umgebung oder schnelle Antwort & Hilfe bei anderen Fragen Fragen haben wir ebenfalls bekommen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in Erwin zijn mooie en ruime woning. De woning was voor ons, tijdens de winterperiode, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erwin uzijn uitgebreide informatie over de regio en zijn zeer gastvrije ontvangst waren super. We hebben niet eerder zo'n uitgebreide informatie over de regio mogen ontvangen. Het uitzicht vanaf het huis is magnifiek. Je ziet besneeuwde bergtoppen en aan de andere kant de zee. Het huis is goed te verwarmen met cv én pelletkachel. De keuken is groot en van alles voorzien. Twee badkamers en grote slaapkamers. Vanuit het huis is de prachtige regio de Abruzzen goed te verkennen met de auto. We komen graag terug tijdens warmere dagen om ook de mooie buitenruimte te benutten.
