Surrounded by woods this 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a modern bathroom on each floor. You can use the washing machine in the common area.
