Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Colbert County

As I said before - Savanna was a-ma-zing!! The group I was with rented 3 homes from her and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. I stayed with a group of 2 couple and 2 singles in this home and everyone was very comfortable. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!! All the ladies said they’d not slept that well in years - if ever. Don’t let the railroad deter you. I’m a light sleeper and never heard the train in my sleep. Thanks again for everything Savanna!!

We had a wonderful stay, Brandon was very attentive and his home was the perfect little getaway! Would definitely stay again next time we come through!

This was a great spot to spend the night as we traveled the Trace. Cherokee is a cute town with a few places to grab a bite to eat. Lara is a great communicator with instructions for arrival. The home has everything you need and more. It is quiet at night and dark enough to see lots of stars. The Trace is about 500 yards out the backdoor.

Location is close to downtown Florence. Very pet friendly, my dog enjoyed the treats and toys. Overall, exactly what we were looking for.

We enjoyed staying here. The reasons why we stayed here were because of the play pen and the king size bed. There were baby toys that were at the property which helped keep the little one occupied for a moment. All in all a good space to stay in Florence.

Beavers Den is a great description for a home that surpassed our expectations. We are on a busy schedule running from New Orleans through Memphis, ending with a weekend in Nashville before flying home. Beavers Den and the lake gave us a peaceful downtime which was welcomed by the four of us. We cooked on the BBQ by the lake, washed the hectic of New Orleans and Memphis away with a dip in the lake and sat by the log fire with a chilled beer. Mary was responsive and gave great advice on the lodging. Thoroughly recommended location and host. Thank you Mary.

Laura’s place was better than what we thought of it looking at the pictures. She was herself really responsive and helped out with a few things we needed to be taken care of the evening of our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area

Another perfect stay in this beautiful cabin. This is becoming a Mother’s Day tradition for us. Sweet memories were made again this year with babies growing up and another year with my 80 yr old precious mother.

It was perfect accommodation for my out of town guests and introduction to my hometown. They didn’t want to leave.

Highly recommend this place to stay if you’re ever in Florence. Stacy is super helpful, and we loved the pool! We stayed for a girl’s trip, and it was so relaxing. All restaurants, fast food, and shopping are super close by!

The cabin was impeccably clean. I really appreciated not having to find any random hairs, unclean dishes, etc. The layout was perfect for our needs. My parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom with nicely updated bathroom and accessible shower and I stayed upstairs with the children and the Jack and Jill type bathroom worked well for us. There are great views from the screened porch and it was easy to walk down to the private pier to fish. We drove to wheeler park for an outing and purchased bait and a cane pole. The kids loved fishing from the pier and seeing the wildlife. We left the cane pole at the cabin, so hopefully future guests will enjoy using it. We knew there was a pool on the property, but there are also basketball and tennis courts and a playground to use. Sunsets were beautiful from the pier. The beds are very comfortable, but high, so keep this in mind if you have people with limited mobility or young children. Overall, it was a great and peaceful stay!

This place is great especially if you have kids. Right across the street is a cute little playground and it isn’t far from the resort pool. We enjoyed being able to dock our boat as well as kayak the area (we brought our own). The house had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and safe.

My daughter and I enjoyed our brief stay at Savannah's place. Her home was clean & well-decorated, comfortable, and smelled very nice. We had everything we needed. It is very conveniently located to UNA and several great restaurants. We had no issues and would love to stay on future trips to Florence.

I had my wedding here with about 30 guests and originally wanted to have it outside down by the river but they called for rain so I ended up having it indoors and there was plenty of space for everything I needed. the house is beautiful and great for a wedding especially if you have people coming from out of town since there is space to accommodate them. Since the house itself was so beautiful, it was easy to make it beautiful for a wedding. Coty was very easy to work with and allowed us to tour the home before the wedding. I think it was a fantastic place for a wedding. something I should have considered is that there is no handicap accessibility anywhere in the house. No matter where you come in or go out, there are steps. There is a half bath downstairs but you still have to go up a small set of steps to get to it. I was able to send my family members who have walkers through the kitchen where there are only 2 small steps so it worked out. Nonetheless this place was fantastic!

Driftwood is amazing, and our stay was perfect!! This house and property is beautiful, and we had so much fun fishing, playing games, etc.

our stay was perfect. You cab see the house is well taken care of and the owner takes pride in their guest. They went the extra mile with special touches throughout the home. My family and I felt cozy, comfortable and safe. 100 stars!!!

Great place to stay. The Loft is located on a street with a good coffee shop and restaurants just a few steps away. The bed was very comfortable with a dark room that made for a good night sleep. We will stay with Ed often when we are in the Shoals area. Better than expected.

The cabin was as advertised, rustic and cozy and peaceful with a great view of the lake.
