Very pleasant stay of a few days in this studio in the little corner of heaven that is the Alpe du Grand Serre. Well-equipped and clean with a great view.

Perfect, we just slept there and Rita was very welcoming even though we didn't see her. the possibility of arriving whenever we wanted was very convenient for us. Comfortable and pleasant apartment and above all quiet. The morning coffee was much appreciated Thanks Rita

Wonderful stay. On arrival slight issue came up but once we contacted Tracey the issue was resolved with quick and efficient commutation. Arrival gifts were greatly appreciated & the apartment was nice & clean. Very comfy bed - and lots of small touches well thought out. Location really good. 10min walk from the train station which took us to the airport and all the other amazing stops along the way! Aparment is up a hill we managed fine with a pram as well, we love to walk so no issues. Quick walk down the hill across the road takes you easily to a nice bakery, coffee, fruit & veg shop and beach front with a glorious walk into the old town. On the other side just a 15min walk to juan le pins. Late check on this occasion was able to be met and appreciated. We traveled with our 15month old and found it overall easy to find & ample room for the 3 of us. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great stay of a few days. The cottage is very comfortable and well maintained Despite our late arrival, everything was ready for a very pleasant weekend.

The host was awesome, very flexible and extremely responsive! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and the pillows were great for sleeping. And there are retractable window blinds that keep the light out if you want to sleep in. Finally, the views from the apartment and out on the deck are breathtaking.

Small apartment matches the photos and description. Convenient and well-equipped apartment (oven, microwave, washing machine, raclette machine...). Ideal location, just a few meters from one of the slopes of the estate and a chairlift. I would highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic place, clean, comfortable and very spacious . easy to find and good location for all necessary amenities. Alain in my opinion and a great person, we had a small problem with the keys, and he didn't solve everything in half an hour. Super helpful , I hope to be able to reuse the place next year if it's free again! I would say everything is impeccable

Firstly thank you to David who was helpful and friendly from the first! This flat is superb and in fact looked and felt even better than in the photos. It is bright (even in December), warm, spatious and very enjoyable to return to after a day's visiting. A near perfect location (right next to the supermarket, train station and bus stops for Nice, Monaco and visits); a lovely view of the harbour and coastline looking towards Italy; excellent kitchen facilities; the lounge/ dining room area is spatious and bright; two bedrooms and even a mini office desk, which is useful; good choice of television channels. As it turned out, we had perfect weather, but had it rained, the flat would be a welcome retreat. David was very helpful whenever we had a request/ question. Would we return? We certainly hope to and this would be our first choice! Thank you!

The studio proposed by Adrien is in all respects as described. It is quite suitable for a family with 2 children. Having the sofa in the living room is really no problem as it unfolds in a turn of hand, is very comfortable (160cm wide) and you wake up with a great view of the mountains. The terrace is very pleasant (sun until late afternoon). The apartment is very well arranged and offers plenty of storage. It is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Shops and restaurants nearby, the car stays in the garage. Ski-in/ski-out (a one-minute walk from the building door in April). The parking spot is perfect, very secure and covered. As for the ski area, it is just exceptional for its landscapes and amenities. Finally, Adrien sends a lot of information before your stay and answers questions very quickly. In short: a perfect stay! Comfortable and quiet apartment, ideally located for discovering the surrounding area, restaurants, beach and shopping on foot. The large underground parking space is a valuable asset there. We'll be happy to go back.

Marie's apartment is just gorgeous. The two bedrooms are spacious. Very functional kitchen. And what about the bathroom with access to the hot tub… a real wonder. I recommend 200% To do again no problem

We had a lovely time at this place, everything was impeccable and beautifully furnished, the surroundings are beautiful, the hosts are friendly and responsive, nice terrace and very nice jacuzzi! We live in the area and wanted a peaceful and warm moment: it was exactly what we were looking for, we are delighted and plan to come back soon :)! I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay with our small dog. Very beautiful garden and a studio well equipped. We loved the little private terasse!! Will definetly come back if we are again in the South!

Great place! Very rare to find “gems” like this! In the city center, so it's very easy to get around and visit the city. I would recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay at Miguel's place. It was only a few minutes walk to get into town amongst all of the lovely restaurants, and just a short walk to the seafront. The Jacuzzi was a great addition and there were several small details which were very much appreciated and made our stay really pleasant. For example there was a washing machine and a washing and fabric softener pod left out for us to use. Our only small criticism was that there is a fair bit of traffic noise in the garden as the apartment is close to a busy junction. There are some lovely big floor to ceiling windows which open the apartment to the garden. When these are closed the noise is essentially silenced, and the noise was not at all noticeable at night. Overall we had a wonderful few days - thank you Miguel!
