The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in the downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Please note that the cabin is not air conditioned and has a fan if needed. We rely on out proximity to the ocean for cooling. R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.

Our 'Little House' is a simple little stone studio. It is simple, clean, tidy, and quiet. Located behind and separate from the main house with private side foot access. Please note the Little House is in close proximity to the main house but we do maintain your privacy. Great for couples wanting a base to explore beautiful Port Lincoln. Surrounded by lovely old homes and walking distance to swimming beach and Parnkalla walking trail.
