The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin

Excellent location, very organized set. The host was very kind and attentive to all needs. Ventaneria con mosquitero gave us a lot of tranquility and bar in the bathroom for the security of the elderly. Recommended.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Quiet and secured area. We had to make some last minute changes for the check in time (we arrived earlier than expected) and Ms.Angela helped us and had the apartment ready for us ❤️. We only had one issue (one of the fans provided suddenly stopped working ), but Ms. Angela solved it right away! . She was always very attentive and communicative. There is a small local restaurant/coffee shop nearby the building and a mini market for basic need products, fruits , etc. (around 5 minutes walking, maybe less). There is a few malls around also. I fully recommend the place.

Ivan's place is very comfortable and conveniently located, it has an excellent view of nature, the complex is very organized and has excellent common areas, highly recommended for visiting as a family, the water park is wonderful. Using the air conditioners with the card at the beginning can be confusing, but then there is no problem. 100% recommended

The place was just as it is in the photos, highly recommended, quiet, family place, location, and amenities... The apartment needs a little more attention to make it 100/100, but to date it is 96/100 in its habitability... I would stay again without hesitation...

The apartment is perfect for the family stay. It's comfortable, beautiful, organized and comes with everything you need to feel right at home. Rossy and the other people in the condominium are very friendly and understanding as needed. When you do not have plans outside, the condominium offers you spaces of relaxation and fun… the humid areas are delicious!!! We had a great time, of course we will come back and recommend it!!! This house is really wonderful. Super spacious, extremely well equipped, incredible spaces. Nothing is needed! The help of Germán, Claudia and Francy is truly wonderful, they are super professional, kind and do a job on another level 😀 Despite being in the middle of nature, there are no bugs or mosquitoes in the house. 👏🏼👏🏼 There were 28 of us, and the spacious facilities allowed us to be very comfortable and have a lot of fun. The game room and cinema were the best for the kids. Communication with Andrés was excellent, always attentive to everything and very quick to respond to any questions. We'll definitely be back!!

We loved this little house, the kitchen and the rooms were very clean and everything in very good condition. The sector is close to the airport and the shopping center, but at the same time very calm without noises of airplanes or carts. We enjoyed in addition to the pool and Jacuzzi, very good 👍
