Our stay at Javier’s place was just what we needed after 4 long days of hiking in southern Chile. It is the perfect place to relax and truly vacation. Javier was an amazing host with flexible check-in hours and a folder sitting on the table with amenity instructions and local recommendations. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had and would love to come back some day!

Excellent location, true to the photos and description. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable house. Unique lazy points is the pressure of hot water and the internet, which unfortunately does not reach the whole house causing us some discomforts, since we had three people working and we had to share the Internet from our phones, but otherwise everything is fine.

We had a really lovely stay. The view from the loft was absolutely beautiful, and the whole space felt peaceful and full of character. You can feel their great taste and craftsmanship — the loft is built with beautiful wooden structures and details, giving it a warm and personal touch. Besides the stunning view from the windows, there’s also a large window in the kitchen that opens up to the scenery outside. It made cooking a real pleasure — preparing a meal while enjoying the view was such a special experience. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out were easy. Highly recommended! Of course, having a car makes everything even more convenient.

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

About it met my expectations. The photos don't really describe the house's full charm. My whole family spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotes to be remembered for a long time. As a point of improvement. The living room, due to its spaciousness, looks a bit empty with the couple of pieces of furniture. It is functional, but the space can be better filled.

Our family loved our stay at Alejandra's home in Ritoque, so much so that we twice requested an extension which we were thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy. It is a beautiful location with direct access to impressive beaches, and all the amenities for families with children. The cabin itself is spacious, while remaining cozy and extremely comfortable. Once again, excellent for families with children. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we will definitely try to stay at this same home.

Valentina's house is beautiful! Large and very comfortable. Great for families, children and pets. The pool and the gazebo are spectacular. It has everything you need, very well-equipped. We had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!

“An excellent experience. From the moment we crossed the door, we found a spacious and impeccable house, with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything new and thoughtfully maintained. The beds with excellent quality mattresses, as well as the bedding, soft and nice. The comfort of the living room allowed us to share as a family and relax. And what about the quincho area and the pool… a perfect space to enjoy the stay to the fullest. In addition, Gonzalo was an excellent host from the first contact, always attentive to our inquiries and requests and with the best disposition. We really took advantage of every corner and would definitely come back. ¡Recommended full!”

We had a great family vacation at Pablo’s place. The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. It is walking distance to a small local beach and a short drive to all the more touristy beaches. There are great local restaurants near by and two grocery stores. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommended for big families.
