The description and photos of the apartment are very good, just as published, everything is very good, the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfort for 2 people (since we only use it to sleep at night and we do not use the kitchen because we always eat in restaurants), very quiet. Difficult to get to even with the GPS that always sends you to another address... due to lack of knowledge: very far from the center (I admit I didn't check with the owner before, so the mistake was mine). After everything was fine, the service was excellent at all times and on the few occasions that I needed it, from Juan, the owner, friendly and helpful...

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I travel with an assistance dog, and while Airbnb policies state that no disability questions should be asked, the host accessed my dog's social media, which was on my profile, and then asked me personal questions that made me feel like my privacy was being invaded. I found myself in the awkward situation of having to explain details about my health that I didn't have to share. In addition, a charge of $25,000 was generated that did not correspond, since service dogs are exempt from additional fees. Even though he had already been informed by message that I would be traveling with my service dog, he insisted that I should have said so explicitly, creating an atmosphere of distrust and unnecessary tension. I didn't feel respected or welcomed, which was especially difficult considering that people who travel with assistance do so precisely out of a real need, not for pleasure.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

Casa Zeta is a great place, cozy and with a unique style. Spacious rooms, beautiful and well-maintained common areas. It's a place to stay for a couple of days and at least enjoy all that it has to offer. Hector is an excellent host!

Our stay at Javier’s place was just what we needed after 4 long days of hiking in southern Chile. It is the perfect place to relax and truly vacation. Javier was an amazing host with flexible check-in hours and a folder sitting on the table with amenity instructions and local recommendations.
