Estamos tomando precauciones adicionales para desinfectar (con amonio cuaternario) todas las superficies que se tocan con frecuencia entre reservaciones) Excelente ubicación , hermosa vista de día y noche (sector 5 Reñaca). Mínimo 3 noches. Descuentos por estadías prolongadas , más de un mes . Bajada a la playa a una cuadra por escalera.

Hermoso departamento a pasos del borde costero, frente al Club de Yates de Higuerillas, Playa Los Lilenes, Zona Gastronómica de Concón y minimarkets. Agradablemente soleado por las mañanas, cuidada decoración, finas terminaciones. Calefacción con calefactores eléctricos, 1 estacionamiento, cocina full equipada, bañera de bebe, etc. A 5 min en auto de Jumbo y Tottus. Transporte público a 5 min a pie. Wifi, Smart tv y tv cable. Zona barbecue de pago en el patio. Piscina de diciembre a febrero.

Small apartment, newly renovated, with view over Higuerillas and Playa Negra and Playa Amarilla. One Bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchenette and living room (living room equipped with Bed sofa). Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. Espectacular vista en primera línea de playa. Perfecto para familias y parejas. Ubicado en Av. San Martín, sector conocido por sus bares y restaurantes. A 4 cuadras del casino, frente a playa Acapulco y cercano a centro comercial y feria de artesanía. Excelente vista, luminoso y con amplios espacios. Edificio full equipado: Piscina, wifi (dentro del depto), lavandería, juegos infantiles, gimnasio, jardines, cámaras de seguridad y estacionamiento subterráneo.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.

Nuestra estadia fue muy cortita pero valio la pena totalmente. El departamento esta equipado con todas las comodidades y tiene una linda vista desde todas las piezas con una agradable terraza desde donde se ve el mar y algunas casas. Algo muy conveniente es que queda a una distancia caminable para ir a la playa. El departamento estaba muy limpio y cuenta con buenas camas. Alejandra nuestra hostess fue muy amorosa, todo el tiempo, entregando toda la informacion necesaria para que llegaramos sin problemas y dando informacion adicional de los alrededores. Volveria a este lugar sin dudarlo!! Muchas gracias Alejandra y Leo Maria Eugenia

Paz var en flott vert, som alltid svarte veldig raskt. Hun hjalp oss alltid hvis vi hadde problemer, som regel gjennom naboen som er vennen hennes. Stedet ligger godt til veldig nær kollektivtransport. Det var et spennende sted å bo, eneste minus ville vært mangel på utsikt i selve enheten. Samlet sett fordnøyde med oppholdet :)

A magnificent property with a clear and reasonably wide view portion of the beach. Very large windows in the master bedroom, and the main room made the apartment, very bright and cheerful. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the beach area. It’s a wonderful town where people are friendly and most seem genuinely happy. Victor was very highly proactive in ensuring our day went well. He willingly accommodated our request for a late checkout and was completely understanding when I told him I had broken a dish while washing dishes. Victor also brought us beach towels upon request. One of the kinder hosts you’ll ever meet. I don’t think it’s mentioned in the listing, but there is a small swimming pool on site, with a sitting area around it.

Todo excelente, muy buena ubicación, en la esquina del edificio está la estación de metro. Nos sentimos seguros en el departamento, los conserjes muy amables y con servicio de lavandería disponible para los huéspedes (con monedas), muy cómodo el departamento, seguramente volveremos a arrendar con Fidel

Absolutely superb stay! While we were still in Thailand Marta asked if we would need any extra things in the apartment, told us everything about the apartment and how to get there. Later our flight from Sydney was delayed by 8 hours but Marta was in touch and coordinated for Valentina to meet us for check in late afternoon, thank you for that! As for the apartment - everything is perfect, gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets, all necessary appliances, heaters, TV with Youtube and Netflix, good internet, large terrace and parking space in the underground parking. Big Jumbo within walking distance of the house. Nice beautiful cafes around and sand dunes. We had a wonderful stay this month. Marta helped with everything, she is a great host and person. I wish you all the best and will definitely contact you again when we return to Chile!
