Hosting was top notch. Pedro was a good host and responded very quickly and accurately. However, the shower in one of the suites had no hot water and the facility was at risk, in addition to the shower and risk instation, the air conditioners were connected in sockets and one of them was melted, which shows an improper installation, as well as the kitchen eraser, which did not work throughout our lodging. The kitchen was used only with the aid of lanterns during the two nights. As a recommendation, I suggest increasing the power of the lamps used throughout the accommodation, because it had low power we had the impression of being dark both the rooms and the area. In addition, it was excellent lodging and we will contact you to book more often. The space is a delight and quiet. We recommend lodging.

Great stay. Host very attentive/ polite and ready to assist us. It was arranged for us to arrive in the morning for lunch at the place since the cleaning would be done the day before . We arrived at 11am and there was a lot to do with the internal and external cleaning. The one who didn't answer was the pool water ( very cold) . It was one of our priorities of the heated water because there were older people who wanted to enjoy this leisure and no one enjoyed it. The sauna was not working either (it was fixed on the penultimate day of our stay) and there were many power outages and lack of water ( we had to keep calling the housekeeper at all times to solve these problems). Everything else was great : house with very good structure/nice place/polite housekeepers/ host ready to serve us!! Township would return again, this time with heated pool water, rsrs!!! Thank you Luciana .

The house is identical to the photos, everything was clean and tidy, it is well located. The house is bigger than it shows in the photos and has everything you need. Mr. Luiz is to be congratulated, he answered me quickly and made it easier for me to enter, I will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for staying!

Beautiful Home on the araguaia River

Casa cozy. As in the photos, the pool was a little dirty but just talk to the housekeeper who solved the problem, he always ready and polite. The very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Those were very good days. Only one caveat the kitchen faucet is not very good, and you have the utmost care to not spoil.

Cibele's house is perfect for families and groups of 10 or more people who want to spend a few days in Aruanã! The swimming pool is super pleasant, and with the warmth of the city, it makes your stay a lot more cozy. The location of the house is very convincing because it is close to EVERYTHING! Everything we need Cibele helped us and provided. I loved her house and our stay and we'll definitely be back!
