I am a host in Jeju (Aewol, Hallim, Hangyeong, Daegyeong, Andeok) and a guest traveling the world with Airbnb. The accommodation I managed always had a perfect cleanliness. If cleaning is needed, there is also a cleaning team. It depends on the case, but I manage the cleaning myself.

Taking pictures is not a difficult thing to do. However, we will take the concept according to the guest's preference and shoot, edit and upload.
Interior design and styling
If you follow the basic rules of the accommodation, you'll get a good review. You have to manage the interior, lighting, and even the smell of the indoor air. There are separate basic formulas for home styling and furnishings.

I feel like I have to tell you some trade secrets to answer the questions here, but there's nothing like that. You need experience to get a feel for it and be diligent to increase your exposure.
