Listing setup
I use creative but accurate language to paint a picture of the listing and the guest experience.
Setting prices and availability
Thinking not just about pricing but length of stay and turnaround times are critical, we manage up to 5 setups per property.
Booking request management
I like to have 24hrs notice for my properties and my owners, makes for better customer service and reviews!
Guest messaging
I'm online and available 15/16 hours a day and can usually reply within a 2/3 hours window at the outside, exc overnight.
Onsite guest support
I can do onsite guest meet and greet and a check out meeting, within reason i can be onsite within a few hours.
Cleaning and maintenance
I check cleaners work with images and a visit if necessary depending on the property to ensure the job is perfect
Listing photography
I can do images and my graphic designer will do basic editing.
Interior design and styling
The extra touches are in the detail. We want the space to feel like home and sparkling clean without clutter !
Licensing and hosting permits
I am used to reporting and using portals for local comune tax, questura and turismatica, all local compliances
Additional services
I can write and design guidebooks, recommend local experiences, make reservations and can do a pick up/drop off service
