I evaluate requests based on reviews and Host preferences by carefully studying profiles.
Guest messaging
Very available from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, quick, constructive responses and with possible immediate interventions in person.
Onsite guest support
I follow them step by step in every request and in case of emergency I am available in person in a reasonably quick time.
Cleaning and maintenance
I organize fast and high quality cleaning, I am able to offer small maintenance in person.
Listing photography
I've worked as a professional photographer for over 15 years, so I know how to highlight the benefits and create a beautiful presentation.
Interior design and styling
My principle: practical/beautiful/cheap, I like to add special objects, mix styles. "Less is more"
