Listing setup
I take care of everything you need, from the house's conditioning, to welcoming and assisting the guest.
Setting prices and availability
We will conduct market and competition research to set prices based on length of stay, demand, time of year, etc.
Booking request management
The guest comments on the reason for their visit and passes a filter of questions and profile checks before being accepted.
Guest messaging
Communication with guests is practically live from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I am online to answer any questions
Onsite guest support
I provide guests with my contact phone number to make it easier for them to contact me with any questions or issues.
Cleaning and maintenance
The house is cleaned as soon as the guest leaves and checked again before the next one enters so that it is pristine.
Listing photography
The photos of the property are taken and edited for publication and the amount depends on the type of accommodation and needs
Interior design and styling
The utmost attention is paid to detail: pristine sheets, comfortable pillows and cushions, reading area, coffee area, workspace...
Licensing and hosting permits
Depending on the Autonomous Community, the type of property and rental, we will comply with current regulations.
Additional services
I offer a comprehensive service so that the owner can make the most of the property without having to worry about a thing.
