Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

Listing was just as described. Easy check-in and host/ co-host was responsive quickly when we needed to reach out to them.

Space was just what I needed. Easy to find, easy to access, comfortable and clean.

The photos of this place do not do it justice. It was a large, clean, wonderful condo. Very nicely decorated. So many kitchen appliances, extra linens, space. Really a beautiful place. Two parking spaces underneath and it was right next to the elevator. Huge balcony. Took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach. You cannot see the beach from deck. Even if you were to have oceanfront the dunes would get in the way. Pool was nice but maybe a bit chilly for March. Hot tub was nice and big. Really can’t say enough about the condo. The area: bring your bug spray. So many little nats that bite. We were covered in bites by the time we left. Do not speed. We didn’t get pulled over but saw so many who did. You have to pay to park everywhere. Restaurants were ok, they could do better. We drove to Savannah often to get good food. The ones we did like were Treylor park, surfing goat, Sunrise Savannah. Make a special trip for auspicious bakery and Leopold’s ice cream. Loved going to Fort Pulaski.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. VERY close to downtown. If we are ever in Athens again we will definitely book this place

Great place to stay. Place was clean and as advertised.

Solid, no-frills accommodation that has everything you need for a short stay. The complex was extremely quiet when we were there (on a non-game weekend). The apartment was clean and the little balcony was nice. We figured downtown Athens was probably a 25-minute walk for us, so we ended up driving and getting Ubers while we were there (mainly because we were out late and temperatures were in the 30s/40s at night). The bed was very firm. Overall, good value for the money.

It really was a nice place to stay for 2.5 days. I was here with my daughter as she was chosen to be part of the GMEA All-State full orchestra. Definitely would recommend Wendy’s unit if you need to stay in Athens for a day or two. Very responsive and engaged host, she’ll make sure you are set for whatever you need.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.
