The building is on the older side, but well kept and the unit completely modern. The parking is more generous than described in the listing, about 16' deep. Subaru Forester 15'+ fits fine with room to spare.

We had such a wonderful stay. And we greatly appreciated Greg and Andrea allowing pets. Their place is perfectly pet friendly. Greg and Andrea were always very very quick to respond and address and any questions we had. The location is so perfect. Really in the middle of it all. Not far of a drive from the marina, Meadowood mall, Spanish Springs, and down. It’s so close to the Nugget that it was so easy to watch a show! We highly, highly recommend and will definitely return.

Went for my sons and nephews wrestling tournament. A total of 8 mins away from everything and the house was lovely . Slept us all comfortably . Thank you for your quick accommodations for me and my family . Will stay here again if bookable in the future for us !

I have stayed at their place four times last year and this was my last visit. I was visiting my brother who had cancer, but he passed away and I’m just really grateful to have these people in my life because I felt safe and supported by them. This place always made me feel like I was at home.

I loved my stay here and Greg was always such a responsive host. It’s close to a path with wonderful views, close to stores, and very peaceful surroundings. I will definitely return!
