A compelling title, listing details, house rules, pricing, safety and accessibility, and initial promotion.

Setting prices and availability

We use dynamic pricing to provide pricing that maximizes profitably. This is included in our package pricing.

Booking request management

We heavily rely on automation for inquiries, welcome letters, access management, POI, unit operations, and follow-up.

Guest messaging

We provide messaging for inquiries, check-in, house rules, check-out, and reviews. We can also respond directly.

Onsite guest support

We will come to the unit to understand guest concerns and try to resolve issues where necessary.

Cleaning and maintenance

We can provide housekeeping with linen service or we can use the host's preferred housekeeping partner.

Listing photography

Photography can be done with one of our partners or the host may choose their own.

Interior design and styling

We provide consulting services for designs that will generate 5-star ratings without large financial investments.

Additional services

We can also provide basic maintenance of the units. We also offer linen rentals to reduce the startup cost of each host.
