Setting prices and availability
Set prices, adjust them accordingly. Compare other units, factor in busy times, holidays, last minute prices.
Booking request management
I am available to answer any questions regarding any bookings.
Guest messaging
Availabe 24/7 for guest needs. From questions about the best bike trails, or questions at 3am when guests are locked out.
Onsite guest support
Sometimes guests need support during their stay. We live locally in Whistler so am available to help with guests needs
Cleaning and maintenance
We arrange all the cleaning and maintenance required. Can accommodate most late check out and check in requests.
Listing photography
Provide photos, however, we encourage hiring a professional photographer. Can help arrange this with local photographers
Interior design and styling
Always happy to make recommendations to interior design in order to get the most out of your Airbnb.
Licensing and hosting permits
We are registered and licensed with the city of Whistler. You do not need a license as it will fall under mine;)
