This place was exceptionally peaceful. The view was absolutely beautiful, and it was a great location for our retreat! I have never stayed at a place that had so many thoughtful amenities. Myra has been really intentional about making sure that guests have anything they might need during their stay - fully stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, games, books, fireplaces prepped and ready to go, super comfortable beds, and a lot more. They really have thought of everything - even a book with operation manuals for the kitchen appliances, so you know how to use them! Plus Myra was really, really responsive if I ever had questions about anything. I was really impressed. This place is quite close to Camrose, which is a beautiful little community with lots of parks and pretty views.

Mother Nature was not on our side for our trip to Sylvan lake, so we weren’t able to enjoy the beach and lake which were only a five minute walk away. We did however enjoy the hot tub, and walked to shops and restaurants. The cottage had everything that we needed and there were board games for us to play while we waited out the rain. Kyle was an excellent host. He answered any question we had and it was clear that he put a lot of thought into what guests could need in their stay.

An employee our ours needed to stay in red deer and so we booked him in at Toni's. He asked me to giver her a raving review. She was very responsive when I was booking with her. Our employee said she was very friendly, the place was very clean and welcoming. He would give her more than 5 stars if he could!

My husband & I stayed here with my parents & we can't imagine a better way to have kicked off our AB roadtrip! Christopher's place really made us feel like we were on vacation, with the separate buildings making us feel like we were at an upscale summer camp. Although snug for 4 adults, we were able to comfortably sleep in the bunkie (1 couple in the bed, 1 on the fold-out couch) and enjoyed sharing meals in the kitchen gazebo. (Note that the kitchen sink has running water but drains into a bucket that you need to dump.) But best of all, we had so much fun in the pool and hot tub area—definitely a major highlight of our stay. Some past reviewers mentioned that they couldn't get the WiFi to work, but we found that it worked perfectly well in the pool area (where there is a comfortable lounge area to sit). From our initial booking, Christopher was a friendly and responsive host and his messages really made us feel welcome. If we are in the area again, we would love to stay here again!

Bright Newly Renovated Home

Chantelle and Jory have created a lovely and comfortable space! She went over and beyond making our stay comfortable with our three young children. We appreciated how large the space is, plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was perfect for warm afternoons! We would absolutely recommend, especially for families! It truly felt like home!
