We had a great experience at Brad and Mary’s place. The apartment sits above a lively wellness business and we were able to enjoy a spa-like setting. They supplied us with an abundance of coffees and teas, snacks, shower steamers, soaps, and so much more. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and so welcoming. It was also a treat to have use of their gym as well. Thank you Brad and Mary for the hospitality!

As a woman staying alone, I felt very comfortable at this cozy retreat by the river. It was a beautiful and comfortable small apartment which was just perfect for me. I had a couple of issues while there, but Emily was always available to help me out. It is probably time to replace the key-less lock since it was very hard to read and locked me out a few times (but not much of a real issue! Emily helped me get in! ) The bathroom was spa-like, the bed was SUPER comfortable, and the kitchen/living room had everything I needed/wanted (other than garlic and wine glasses LOL-I bought my own). The location was quiet and not far from Main Street. There was so much nearby and it was only a 5 minute drive to visit my mother in Bethany Village (a local assisted living facility). I've already told my husband that the next time I visit Honesdale, I want to stay at this retreat again! Hope to see you soon Emily! ~Kathy

Amazing location and value. Yes, it’s very simple/no frills but offers everything you need at a good price for an entire unit. There aren’t a lot of decorations but we didn’t mind as everything was comfortable. Bathroom is very nice. Everything was very clean and John was super responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend for someone that wants a nice, simple place to stay for less than $70 a night! Unit itself is a 5 min drive from downtown and is in a residential area. Plenty of parking on street. 1 block away from Zummo’s cafe and near Cooper’s Seafood House

I had a great experience staying at Thomas' place. From the moment I booked, Thomas was very responsive, answering any questions quickly and ensuring everything went smoothly. He was also incredibly accommodating – we had a few scheduling requests, and he was more than willing to adjust to fit our plans, which made our stay much easier. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing – no surprises, which was great! Overall, it was a hassle-free, comfortable stay, and I would happily book again.

Quiet, beautiful area, the whole experience in this Bnb made me feel at home. Hot tub was awesome, big TV, heater in the bathroom. I stayed here for a weekend get away vacation and did a hike and just overall relaxing, and I got exactly that. I recommend.

We had a cozy stay in Little Italy. The home is richly and comfortably decorated. It was clean and smelled wonderful. The thoughtful details from the hosts were greatly appreciated. We visit Montage Mountain yearly and I can’t think of staying at a different rental in years to come.

Host was very responsive and proactive. We experienced a brief loss of power and they reached out immediately to check in and make sure our stay was not aversely affected. Nice tranquil setting on a dead end road with very little vehicle traffic.

My family and I enjoyed this home away from home for our Holiday stay. It had everything we needed to make our Christmas 2024 a memorable one. Everything was great. The game room was a plus. The bedrooms were cozy and accommodating. This place has more then enough sleeping spaces. It is also larger then what it look like in the pictures. Brian and Mike was easy to communicate with. Mike made us feel really comfortable with our stay. I definitely recommend!!!

Michael was very responsive! We had unexpected snow and he immediately messaged me an update on where the salt was and that the roads were going to be cleared. Im so happy with how our stay went and highly recommend this lovely home!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

Our stay at bela vista was wonderful in every way. The house was immaculate and spacious. Getting in contact with the owner had almost an immediate response we had everything we needed and the location is beautiful. Thank you for all the personal touches

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured. We were there for a cheer competition at Kalahari and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Five minutes to Kalahari and about 15 minutes to Camel Back.

I loved the place! Beautiful river view. Everything was very clean. Comfortable and cozy place. My family loved it. For a getaway from the city and the daily hustle and bustle, it's perfect. We'll be back for sure ❤️💯🔥

We loved staying at Rebecca's house with our family and friends while in town for the Scranton Half Marathon. It was spotless and well appointed. We loved the spaces and her taste with the home's decor, and there was plenty of space for our large group. We would definately stay here again!

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

This is our 3rd year staying at the house for our family's winter getaway. The location is absolutely perfect and the view is just breathtaking. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything we need. The communication prior and during our stay was on point, responsive and super helpful. We can't wait for next year! We stayed at Sharon’s for a weekend of skiing. Sharon’s ski condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean and neat. It was decorated so nice and felt so cozy! The views of the lake and mountain were beautiful. It was a very peaceful. We absolutely loved it. The location was great for skiing at big boulder. Sharon was a the best host as communication was excellent and Sharon was so friendly. She allowed us to check out a little later in the date of our departure. There was tons of information on all local places etc and a guest handbook with any/all information you would need. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Sharon for sharing your ski condo with our family

Scott’s place was very nice and peaceful. We stayed at several properties in the Jack Frost development, and this one was the nicest. Check in was easy and flexible with an electronic door lock. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit were definitely helpful. The amenities were as listed and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.
