Found everything easily. Lots of kitchen appliances. Beds very comfortable. Shoreline easily accessible.

This was one of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed in! It was a beautiful home where we felt right at home. Mrs. Margo & Mr. Jeff have everything & more that one could need. I love all the small touches, like having games for the family & as simple as blankets on the couch. It was so clean!! It was perfect for a wedding weekend at Fawn Hollow. Debbie and Ken were so friendly and provided unexpected Scones, and a bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary. Their home was clean and inviting. We fished and enjoyed the Dock and fire pit. We caught several small rainbow trout and my husband caught a nice Brown trout, all released, and waiting just for you. The location is close to town, and we especially enjoyed the Little Red River. It wont matter if you're fishing, or just relaxing, you won't find a nicer place to get away from it all. we plan on returning.

This home was just perfect for our multiple family holiday. Everything was clean and well stocked. Missy was very responsive and all instructions were clear. Look forward to another stay next year.

We ended up doing something different for thanksgiving since two of our grown sons were in town and what a great decision we made! I honestly was sad to have to leave this home!! This was the perfect venue to get away from the “hussle and bussle” of our professional lives which we i felt like this would not be my time visiting…. I would say the ONLY thing i was slightly disappointed about was not seeing any wildlife :) Thanks again for wonderful accommodations! C Lamb

Exceptional AirBb experience. Nichola’s place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The bedding is so comfy. Nicholas place was safe, close to everything we needed, and had all of the amenities needed for short or longer-term stay. I will definitely be back when visiting family. Nicholas is a very responsive and easy to communicate with host.

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

This home had so much to accommodate our entire family. From TVs in all rooms so no fighting over what to watch, to board games and card games for the entire family to spend time together, this was the perfect get away for us.

Great stay as always. Comfortable and clean. Fast internet, nice beds and everything we needed for our stay. We will be back soon. 😁

Rhonda’s place always exceeds expectations! We have stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with everything. It is such a quiet area and Rhonda’s place is our go to when we’re in the area!

My family and I enjoyed this Airbnb! Cute neighborhood and nice neighbors! Bathroom is super nice! And host stayed pretty communicative and helped when we had questions!

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

Great location next to Harding University campus. Comfortable and cozy space with plenty of room to gather and enjoy good company and conversation. Also plenty of room to have some alone time when needed. Would highly recommend.

We had a really nice stay at this property. It is very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had a bit of trouble with the AC at first and the host was very attentive and proactive about getting it taken care of. (Turns out the AC wasn’t actually on and it was just the fan that was blowing, so it wasn’t cooling. We aren’t familiar with the Nest system, so it took a minute to figure out the problem.) Even after we got that figured out, we struggled to keep it as cool as we would have liked because the system would default to a higher temp when we were gone/inactive and it would be warmer than we wanted upon our return. I will note that there are stairs up to the property from the (easily accessible) parking lot and then into the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be difficult for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Overall, it was a very nice stay! I was especially happy with the responsive and kind nature of the host.
