We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! It had everything a family could need — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The space was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay!

Ideal for a visit to Jacksonville and the University… nice outdoor seating as well, and extra touches which make this a standout property. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Very easy to find. Plenty of parking. The place was more spacious than I anticipated. Host was very responsive and helpful when I decided to change departure date.

Absolutely beautiful!! Clean and cozy. Matthew and Melanie were very responsive and reachable at all times. Super friendly. I didn’t even have to ask for check in instructions, directions or check in code, Melanie had already sent a message with all the info before I even left home. Would totally recommend staying here and I’m sure my family will be back soon!!

We reserved this place at the last minute. We’re traveling to South Carolina with our two small kids so finding a clean rental in a safe neighborhood was top priority for the night. This fit the bill! Every room in the house was clean and well stocked with basic necessities for the night. There were even a few fun games for my kids to play and fluffy throw blankets to cuddle with on the couch. It was a chilly night and the heater kept us warm. This was a great stay and exactly what we needed…thank you!

Lore was very responsive when I needed her. We happen to be in town right as bad weather (tornadoes) was forecasted. Lore checked to make sure we had all we needed to feel secure while in the home. Will for sure be back!

This stay was a gift to our daughter who needed focus time to work on her dissertation requirements and the necessary research. The environment certainly served this purpose and her time there was very productive. We are grateful for the closeness to her home plus the personable, flexible, friendly host!
