This private guesthouse features a separate bedroom (queen bed) and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, ideal solo traveler’s or small families. 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, 25 minutes from Brisbane International Airport, and 1 hour to the Sunshine Coast. Many local cafes and grocery stores nearby. Just a 4-minute drive to the Eatons Hill Hotel and South Pine Sports Complex.

It lies approximately 15 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village and 45 min from Brisbane and Brisbane Airport. You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
