FarmHouse at Boozy Creek

Stayed at Kay’s place during race weekend. Overall a nice experience. On the outskirts away from the craziness for that weekend. 20min drive to the track. Good communication.

Mountain Farmhouse on 300+ Acres Million$Views

We had a very relaxing weekend in Saltville! The house is peaceful with absolutely breathtaking views. We spent most of our time on the front porch, on the comfy swinging bed/lounge, watching deer, Rowdy Boy, birds and groundhogs. The kitchen was well stocked with a few staples, which was so helpful, given the rural locale. We hiked The Channels, which was, as always, a wonderful hike. We love going into Abingdon to vist The Girl and the Raven for brunch, and shopping at the many cute galleries and shops downtown. And, the Museum of the Middle Appalachians is a fascinating, charming view into the geographic, geologic, and industrial history of the area. Wonderful stay!

The Bristol Tree House-Bluff City, South Holston

Came for a short weekend trip and it was absolutely as described! The place felt very clean and well taken care of. Host was very helpful and communicative and was willing to reasonably accommodate our worries of traveling during the winter storm that passed through the day of our check-in, luckily we ended up making it! I would absolutely visit this property again.

Alvarado Farms, LLC

The house is lovely and very spacious. One neighbor barely within shouting distance, so private and quiet. Neighbor's cat was a welcome daily visitor. Well out into the country, but only ~15 min. from shopping and the Interstate. Kayla is delightful and lives nearby--a nice change from having to communicate with an owner that lives 500 miles away. This was not a usual stay, as we live only 30 min. away, but we had damage to our water source and went back and forth daily, occasionally sleeping over, for over 3 months. I can confidently say that there is absolutely NO downside to this house or location. I even managed to cook a full-blown turkey dinner there:) Had we needed local information, Kayla would've been a good resource. One note--if you're there in the winter--we do get more than just snow flurries on occasion. The roads near the house are paved, but are rural, hilly, and don't top the county snowplow driver's list. Whatever the weather, you'll love your stay here!!!

Happy Hollow, 83 acre farm,2 miles to Helton Creek

We enjoyed our stay on the farm. It was cold outside, but we were cozy inside. We appreciated that the fridge had a few items (butter) that we forgot to bring, and there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It is also very close to Grayson Highlands State Park. I recommend bringing your groceries in with you, as the closest store is about 30 minutes (which Tina helped us find). Thank you!
