The house is situated between two picturesque villages of Batheaston and Bathford on the eastern outskirts of Bath. It is in the perfect location to explore the stunning City of Bath. And enjoy wonderful local walks in the surrounding countryside which is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bath is only a 10-15min drive. King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

Picturesque walk into Bath, regular buses and lovely country walks. Own parking, private entrance and fast reliable wi-fi. Super-king sized bed with twin bed option. Desk, USB sockets and LED TV. Ensuite bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Kitchenette with convection microwave oven/grill, fridge, all small appliances and a breakfast bar.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The lodge is tucked away at the end of a long garden, away from the main house, fully contained, where guests have private use of the lodge and upper garden. With lots of charm and character it makes the consummate hideaway with its unique, quirky style, a cosy cabin bed for two and additional sleeping on the mezzanine floor. The high ceiling, wooden floor and exposed beams offer a light and airy feel, with French windows opening onto the deck. A perfect base for exploring the heritage city.

Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
