Self contained guest lodge next to our house. Quietly situated in a pretty residential area next to Bath University with views over the World Heritage city. Picturesque walk into Bath, regular buses and lovely country walks. Own parking, private entrance and fast reliable wi-fi. Super-king sized bed with twin bed option. Desk, USB sockets and LED TV. Ensuite bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Kitchenette with convection microwave oven/grill, fridge, all small appliances and a breakfast bar.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath
The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.
