Highly recommend for someone familiar with the area as it is a great location being close to wineries, breweries, hiking and downtown Winchester

Beautiful house with nice amenities. Master bedroom on main floor allows for privacy. Also, great stay if you bring a dog. Safe backyard fenced area and mud room allow space to feed. Hint - walk up to Trinity Episcopal Church about 1/4 mile away and walk in 30+ acre fields behind the church. Accessible and great for walking.

Ruby Summit Point is incredible!! Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve had the privilege of staying at. Both the home and the cottage were beautiful with tons of extras like snacks and drinks with an “honor bar” where you can leave cash for what you used. They had fire wood right next to the fire pit. Pat communicated extremely well and was wonderful to deal with. Tons of racing memorabilia around the home. Next time we come back to summit point we will no doubt be staying here!!

This stay was unforgettable. We came as a family with 6 kids total and felt right at home. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, the family loved that we could kayak and innertube on the river safely with Becky's instructions and recommendations, and overall we had a lovely time and made great memories. The home is private, felt safe, and had so many things within to keep a family entertained! It shows that this host cares to provide a memorable experience.

I believe this was the first rental for this property, but we enjoyed it immensely. A mile outside if beautiful old Winchester and was responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this if you are planning to be in NW VA. Thank you

My sister was visiting from Canada so we decided to head to Virginia to hit some wineries and breweries. We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s place! It looked just like the photos, was clean and cozy, and a perfect place to unwind at the end of the night with a glass of wine. The hosts texted us recommendations of stuff to do in the area and we had an amazing time. Great couch and TV set up, very comfortable beds, and beautiful wooded surroundings. Highly recommend for any trip to the area!

Michelle was a great host and her house is super peaceful. We weren’t bothered by the low ceilings (though my 6’4” husband had to duck in some rooms) and steep stairs but those are quirks of a charming old house that other guests should be aware of. We very much appreciate that her place is dog friendly. Our pups loved the huge backyard!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and Suranny was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean as can be and very spacious. Lots of natural sunlight and a wonderful covered porch to sit out on. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jaclyn’s cabin! Everything was as described- clean & homey. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking at getting away from the busyness of the world. Very peaceful & remote. We will definitely be back!

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

Excellent host. Very clean place, beautiful property. Laura was amazing. It was like staying with a good friend. We bought some of her eggs and delicious honey. We would definitely stay there again. My wife and I and our fur babies will miss Laura, Jerald, and Dasher.

The place was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was still cold but the kids loved that it was open already and my wife and I appreciated the hot tub after a long day of traveling. The sound of the highway is noticeable, but after a day you get used to it. The yard was private and sat back away from the road which was nice for the kids to play in. If we find ourselves in Virginia we would stay here again.

Lynn’s place was a great spot for a getaway out of the city and into the countryside. She was very responsive, provided all the information needed, and the Airbnb and surrounding property was beautiful. Our dogs loved getting to play and explore the grounds! Lynn had everything you need and offered a ton of suggestions if needed for the surrounding local area. We would definitely stay here again!

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

Stayed in Pat’s place for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect. I don’t think we’ve stayed in any other place as well-prepared for guests—it had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The property was just as beautiful as the pictures and was like a home away from home. Pat was also a great host from the time booked until checkout, providing plenty of local recommendations and checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

This place is tucked into a little peace of heaven. Very peaceful and easy to get to. The interior is nicely designed, furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen has a little eat in area with plenty of space to sit and chat, eat, play board games, or cook. I loved that the bedrooms were upstairs so if someone wanted to sleep, it’s quiet enough to do that. The upstairs is quite sound proof. There’s also a nice little tv area upstairs between the two rooms. The rooms have plenty of space to store clothes if you are staying longer. The outside area also has a picnic table and grill which would be nice when staying in the warmer months. The hosts were very kind and responsive. They answered any questions we had quickly. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again when we come back.

Beautiful home in a peaceful location, perfect for a group of women to spend a quiet weekend away, but still with several wineries and breweries incredibly close and some cute downtown areas 15-20 minutes away. Very highly recommend this stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was really clean, private, peaceful and in a great location. Everything was comfortable. The instructions were clear which made checking in and out very easy. We hope to stay again soon!

This was an incredibly seamless stay and experience. We stayed at Pat's for a weekend on the race track at Summit and couldnt be happier with the cleanliness, location and level of communication. Highly recommend!

This home is in a very peaceful and quiet setting. Watching the horses was lovely and the stars were bright at night. During the day the Blue Ridge Mountains are visible making for great sunsets. We were very close to Winchester where we enjoyed the Alamo theater and good restaurants. We also visited Shenandoah National Park. The beds were clean and comfortable but it should be noted that the bunk beds in the basement are shorter and only suitable for persons or children under 5' 6". As a host, Abby was very responsive to our needs. We visited in the winter, but this would be an amazing place in warmer weather with the huge deck overlooking the pastures and hammocks hanging in the shade below the deck. We would rent this place again in another season.

Amazing house, gorgeous, comfortable, amenities and commodities way above description. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time with the family; all from 8 to 80 enjoyed every day to the max. On top, absolutely wonderful-top-of-shelf hostess. Don’t think twice, just go!
