5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

This was our 2nd stay… comfortable and very convenient to the Expo Center. We didn’t cook, but kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with anything you may need. Thank you Barbara!

The apartment is located within walking distance of 4th Street Live and many restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. Tyler sent very detailed instructions on every aspect of our stay. I plan to stay here again on our next visit to Louisville.

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! The space was cute & clean! The host was very responsive and helpful! Loved the hot tub and the close proximity to 4th St Live!! Appreciated the security features and the fact that we felt safe yet close to the action!! Highly recommend!!!

Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Having parking in the garage across the street was wonderful! Kristin checked in and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay there again if ever in Louisville…Thanks for everything Kristin!!!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

The location can’t be beat! We loved our stay. It was perfect for two couples as both bedrooms are en suite. The building was very secure and directions were extremely clear in regards to parking and entry. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

Had a great stay while attending the Steel Conference at the KIIC. Apartment has these huge hallways and feels bigger than the photos. Was able to fit a few inflatable mattresses around so we didn't have to share beds (one in the main space and one in the bedroom with the attached bathroom). Good amenities, everything was stocked, and everything felt fairly new. If I had to complain about something, the rug was a bit dusty with hair, but they included a small handheld vacuum so it didn't really matter. I had a great time overall and would certainly stay again if I ever come to Louisville for another work-related event!

Darling apartment. Charming and thoughtful decor. Everything you might need to cook a scratch meal. Seriously. Excellent downtown location. There are several keypads for entry into this eclectic historic space but the host’s detailed instructions are clear and easy to follow. We loved our 2 night stay.

The “Derby Winner” was a wonderful and fitting home for our stay. 4 bedrooms—all with king size beds—was perfect for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. Tony & Danielle are amazing hosts and we’re always responsive to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay!

Danielle & Tony were wonderful hosts. Their home is super colorful but still warm & cozy. Super quiet at all times. The back deck was perfect for reading a book or enjoying a nice day. They were super communicative & easy going. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Kitchen is fully stocked, TV had every streaming service and I loved that we could use the washer & dryer.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host Khoa made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His home is spotless with every amenity you could think of. Would highly recommend booking his home for your stay in Kentucky. One of the best air bnb’s we have ever stayed at.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, neat, and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and inviting. Everything was exactly as described, and I could tell the host put a lot of thought into the details to make guests feel at home. Communication was smooth and easy, and check-in was hassle-free. Mallory’s house was beautiful and had spacious indoor and outdoor spaces; all of the amenities are perfect for a group! It is in close proximity to destinations on the Bourbon Trail and to downtown Louisville. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near the city!

It was a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive and gave good instructions for check-in and out. Location was good for me and my commute to work. Place was clean and the bed and linens were very comfy.

John and Michelle are warm caring and genuine people. In my world of frequent travel, rarely do I meet genuine folks who truly go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home.
