This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. So open and spacious and the view to the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the lovely bath tub and was great to have a washing machine. No wifi, no problem. We read out on the deck listening to the ducks play in the little stream. Would highly recommend 😊

Great place for two families, close to town, easy walk to town.

The Cottage at Harrogate is the best place to stay when in Hanmer Springs. Its our favourite place and we try and book our stay there every year! Ryan and Ania keeps the place tidy, spotless and comfortable. It is home away from home—— with very cozy and functional! Their kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for our family of 6. And its just few minutes walk from all the restaurants and hot pools. Nothing more you can ask for! Ryan and Ania has been extremely helpful with flexible check in time and they even message me if we needed anything after our check in. I highly recommend their place. Thanks again Ryan and Ania! Such a family friendly home, exactly what we were after and owners amazing to deal with

It is the third time we have stayed here and love the location. Quiet and great view. House is clean as always and very cosy. Sorry Julie but we had to steal one of your oranges from the orange tree to try. 😉

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all questions and queries. He was proactive in reaching out to us when there was an unexpected power outage. The house and the kitchen were very well appointed. Plenty of room for us all. I recommend his property to others.

The house itself was clean, comfortable, spacious and stylish. Its location was breathtakingly beautiful. The huge deck and the garden at the back looked up to snow capped mountains. We all loved it. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed on our trip around NZ. The hosts were really responsive.

Absolutely beautiful ensuite room—modern, tastefully decorated, super clean, and with a lovely view. The host was really kind and understanding. It’s part of the main house but has its own private entrance and separate deck. Great location too, just a short walk to restaurants, conical hill and hot pools!

Andy and Lynnie were phenomenal hosts. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The place was incredibly comfortable and well located - close to town and everything we had planned. We loved everything about this 2 bedroom apt! It was quiet, convenient, well stocked with comfy linens and kitchen things...and it was spotless. Our hosts were super friendly and ready with anything we needed. What a fantastic weekend stay! We will stay again - absolutely!

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

Lovely little spot off the main road, super easy to find, yet extremely quiet and peaceful. Easy walk into the heart of Kaikoura. Perfect for a little get away.

We had such a wonderful time here - what a location! The view from the back was gorgeous and we also had a mooch in the garden (stunning). The house was a great size for us and had pretty much everything we needed. Chris even left locally caught fish for us to take to the local chippie - was the best fish and chips I have had! Such a wonderful time - Kaikoura is just stunning! Thank you!
