The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. La casa di Joly è stata ristrutturata da poche settimane in stile moderno. Dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni ed una cucina, wifi e phon. La struttura presenta uno spazio esterno privato dove si può parcheggiare. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e lontana dal traffico. La posizione è ideale per visitare i Cunicoli di Claudio (a 3 minuti), per escursioni in montagna (Velino, Ovindoli e diversi sentieri locali). E' distante circa 110 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e circa 1h da Roma.

Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.
