A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

Lovely old house, full of character, sense of history, spacious and well maintained. Gardens are very beautiful, lemon and lime trees in terracotta pots, shaded terraces and sunny ones next to the large swimming pool; all very private and peaceful. Caprarola and surrounding towns are interesting and picturesque. Alvaro readily answered any query and was helpful and welcoming, as was Steve the host in all our communications.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Rome was absolutely unforgettable. The house was the perfect place to relax and make wonderful memories with my family. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the interior design was stunning – stylish, cozy, and full of charm. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We truly loved everything about it!

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Wonderful ! From the place, the house, the amenities to the host, everything is perfect. Marcello is such an amazing host, always available and sharing great advices to enjoy our stay in the region and around. We had amazing time. The place is really located in the middle of the nature and helping to relax. Good to note that Rome is only 1 hour drive and therefore really convenient too. We can only recommend ! We spent two weeks at Rosanna's place with our daughters and four grandchildren. The house is great for large families with its three apartments. All the apartments were very cozy and well decorated. The kids loved the pool which was big and clean. Many sun loungers and good umbrellas. They also enjoyed the ping pong table a lot. We had all meals outside, either by the nice dining area or in the sofa group. We went to the two lakes and went swimming as well as to the sea. One day we touristed in Rome. Everything was within a reasonable distance by car. We got suoerb service from our hosts who helped us with alct, including booking an urgent doctor time. We got fresh eggs as gifts we several occasions and also vegetables from the garden. They gave us a lot of tips about everything and responded very quickly to messages. Really great hosts who made our holidays unforgettable. We'd love to come back

We stayed at Christian's beautiful house with our three children and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! The garden and the clean, large pool were of course the highlight. All four bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioners so we could sleep cool. Linen, towels and a very well equipped kitchen were available. Christian was available the whole time and always responded immediately if we had a question. His friend Alberto welcomed us at check-in and explained everything to us. He also came every two days to check the pool. The house is totally quiet in the middle of nature and is easily accessible by car (gravel path, but good to drive). We felt really very comfortable and can recommend this beautiful house with a clear conscience.
