Sofia was very responsive and gave us detailed instructions, which made it easy to check in. There is additional paid parking across the street which made it easy for the additional car to park. The place is beautiful and within 15 minutes from the main park. There are lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall loved our stay there!

My family and I had a great time staying in Vale’s place. We each had our separate rooms and bathrooms but still felt cozy and like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is incredible. We visited during semana santa and felt Vale’s place was close enough to the center without feeling crowded. We were able to view the processions and enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the neighbors were so kind. I look forward to staying here again for a longer period of time to fully enjoy the house.

Very nice and clean

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

The place was spotless and very clean, very safe too and in a good location if you are looking to be outside of Antigua. It's worth it for the amenities it has, the staff is very attentive and helpful and they have free transportation to the center of Antigua which made it much better! Highly recommended we loved it !

The apartment is very spacious, cozy and peaceful. The resort in which it is located is safe and very well cared for. We loved this space in Antigua 😍

Fredy's place is magnificent. Highly recommended, it's close to major shopping malls, easy to access and you have a wonderful time there. I hope to be back soon, the water pressure in the shower is great!
