Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ciudad del Este

We loved staying for three nights at the YVY house! It was more than big enough for just two people and has a wonderful backyard for late afternoon relaxing with hammocks and fruit trees. The house had everything we needed and more, including raincoats for the falls, extra towels for the delicious outdoor shower, and cooking basics like oil, coffee, salt, etc. The space was comfortable and so interesting with local art. It felt like a home, not just a place to sleep. Stela was super helpful with getting us checked in in the middle of the night and providing information about how to get around the area. It is an easy (and safe) 10 minute walk to a main avenue with tons of amazing restaurants and the bus service. Uber was also very accessible from here. We would definitely stay again!

What can we say about this stay. I highly recommend it. Everything is very organized, clean, great bed linens, great shower, super comfortable bed, with excellent space for socializing, great living room. We are traveling with 8 adults and 2 children. It accommodated very well, and with excellent comfort for all. The rooms are a great size. It has several nearby markets. It has internet, a refrigerator, a microwave, and all the necessary utensils for a stay as if we were at home. We'll definitely be back if the host allows it... lol Note 1,000. The only recommendation, so it doesn't seem like everything is perfect. A coffee filter holder was missing, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. That's it. But nothing to discredit. Perfect.

The house is very cute and was super clean and organized when we arrived! It's well equipped and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and has everything you need - pharmacies, markets and restaurants. We recommend it for anyone visiting Foz do Iguaçu!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space for 7 adults and very homey feel. Loved the art and the pool was a huge plus! Spent evenings playing cards in the outdoor kitchen. Lovely stay and Joseane was SO helpful with flexible check out and all kinds of local recommendations. Great location if you’re planning a trip to the falls.

Extremely nice house with large garden area and pool, good parking structure, large master bedroom. It would return for sure. Good reception, structure of utensils and appliances.

Rate to value accordingly. The hotel is in the center of Foz, near several shoppings, supermarkets, attractions, etc. We only take 20min in Uber to reach the iguaçu national park (falls and bird park) so it was very good. The hotel serves 100% if it's just for sleeping, don't wait any longer. The breakfast according, but the hotel is for 2-night stay only. If you want to stay 1 week I would recommend you somewhere else.

One of the best I've ever stayed at, for sure. Functional and well-decorated apartment, something very rare. There are many positive points: - Congratulations on your care in maintaining a first aid kit and the various dehumidifiers around the house! The city is very humid, but the property had no mold; - Great location, parking space in front and all with accessibility; - Large market 3 min drive, 10 min walk, something that helps to make the stay cheaper; - The location is relatively central to the main tourist attractions, basically 15-20 minutes by car from the Friendship Bridge, the Falls, DutyFree Argentina and the Airport. - Very good showers: I only take cold showers and the water was very cold in the early days, but my girls who only take scalding baths didn't complain; - We set it to 12°C and the property did not get cold, when it heated up to 30°C the air-conditioners could handle it. Great property all year round! Thanks for the gifts! We'll remember Holly's house forever!

Great host. Very responsive and always available. She even allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment, since we only had a day trip trip to visit the falls. Apartment views were really nice as well

Fernando answered all my questions very quickly. The building has a laundry machine for rent and also a self-service mini market! I liked that you can go at any time and buy what you need and you can help yourself. There is a supermarket one block from the accommodation and also the friendship bridge is about 6 blocks away, I crossed to Paraguay walking from the building. The accommodation has a hair dryer, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, blender and many utensils, in addition to what you see in the photo. Very complete. I couldn't get the air to work in the heat and at night it was a little cold. I felt like there was a lot of humidity, so at night I felt cold. Other than that, everything is excellent

The unit is SPECTACULAR! Clean, tidy, 100% equipped, spacious apartment and very comfortable! Next to a 24-hour service station and close to everything! In the apartment there are instructions on where to eat, where to go and even the number of trusted Uber drivers! If you're in Ciudad del Este for shopping or sightseeing, don't hesitate to stay here 👍

To start, excellent service from Mrs. Vanina, she responds instantly and is very attentive if there are any questions or claims. Second, the place is very good, in perfect condition, the neighborhood is super quiet and all amenities. Finally, highly recommended so you can spend a few days with your families.

We arrived 3 hours earlier. She let us into the apartment. Lia was the one who received us. Very nice, she recommended what to do in the city. The apartment is in the city center, the bus stop, restaurants, etc... are not far away.

The bed is very comfortable too. From the moment I landed until I left, I felt accompanied thanks to the attention of María Isabel and María Belén, who responded quickly and always with great kindness. It is clear that he has experience in hospitality, his pro activity, answers and recommendations were super helpful. The area is quiet, and there is a convenience store right across the street that accepts cards, which made things a lot easier for me. I walked about 10–15 minutes to the bus station after check-out without any problem. Very happy with the experience. I highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.
